This new Shell station is a good addition to Kanata residents (esp. those living near Terry Fox area). But I would suggest Shell to add signs for ENTER and EXIT. Actually it would be nice to allow cars to ENTER via Terry Fox side and cars to EXIT via the Kanata Ave side. Today when we got out from the Terry Fox side, a lady just drove in and almost hit our car. To prevent accidents from happening, Shell needs to make sign visible and ENTER and EXIT path separately. Another suggestion is to install a touchless and jet water car wash like those installed by Petro Canada. Many living in Kanata have nice cars and don’t want to get their cars scratched by Car Wash brushes.

This station will not renew or honour a car wash voucher (paid for in advance) if it's expired by even 1 day. While I'm not sure if it's the same as a gift card (which are not allowed to expire by law in ON) I've never been refused a car wash code renewal at other gas stations if I didn't use it in time. Regardless of legality, it's terrible customer service, and the staff was incredibly unapologetic (even rude!) about it. Don't buy a car wash from this gas station. Better yet, go get your gas down the street.

I have just want fill in my tank today at about 6:00 Pm, but I was told that I have make a prepay before I start to fill the gas to my car. I ask the worker and the worker told me 24 hours have to be prepayed . If after 10:00 Pm have to prepay by security, it will accept, but only 6:00 Pm ask to prepay, It will be horrible.

the night before this gas station was 10 cents/L more expensive than the esso station just a few minutes away. i wondered who would fill up here since it was more expensive than nearby gas stations most of the time. the airmile points they offered are dead points anyway. …

Brand new and well designed with easy access to both Kanata Avenue and Terry Fox Drive. Also has EV chargers, carwash and a convenience store. Just submitted a correction on the map, this gas station is located at the intersection of Terry Fox Drive and Kanata Avenue.

Cashier was on the phone during my visit. She got annoyed because I had CAA and Air Miles. She had to start the transaction over. Rolled her eyes and sighed at me like I was inconveniences her. Left without buying anything.

RUDE ! Very Rude. Indian looking staff girl treat customers as garbage, I asked if I can get coffee there and she call me stupide, that I' can't read, I have - 8 vision. It was VERY rude!

One way shell station. Interior was brand new as outside gas stations is also okay. I seen people doing u turns to get into this place. One way is increasing in Ottawa which is bad!

Bad experience! This is a bad location, The car wash is almost closed all winter long when everybody else is open or car wash is closed. Pump issues and more

This station has made all pumps prepay only. Personally I don’t like prepay cause it takes longer. So if you’re not into that kinda thing, don’t go here.

Brand new gas station. I've stopped 3 times, every time debit card does not work at pump. Left 3 times without fuel. Three strickes your out they say

It's not convenient because it's one way and the gas prices are consistently higher then the Esso and Canadian Tire down the road, Go there instead.

Chargers require you to sign up for yet another app; they have credit card readers on them that are disabled. Come on, Shell, this is ridiculous!

Great station. Easy to access, lots of room in the lot and around the pumps, has a good convenience store, and it's clean.

Not convenient It's one way which makes it hard to turn onto Kanata Av. The inside is nice and new though.
