They have incredibly bad costumer service towards teens. I know they might be worried that we will steal something but using a nicer tone would be a change. There is this one lady in the afternoon that never smiles and talks with a harsh tone. I remember going once and there were no straws or lids for the slushies and I already poured my self a slushie thinking they had some in stock. But once I got to the front she told me there were none and I told her that I don’t want the slushie anymore. Then she said harshly that I could have asked and that “we” as in the high schools students are filling it up and just leaving it there. I get that it’s a waste of money on their part but if it happened multiple times than she should have put a sign up on the machine or even stopped me from getting the slushie when she saw me walking up to the machine. But she let me go there and fill it up then talked coldly to me. Her as a store clerk should know there are none in stock so she has the responsibility to tell the costumers and warn them so the gas station does not lose any money. When I tried explaining this to her she cut me off, told me the price and told me to have a good day sarcastically. I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I just left. I just hope they would treat us better especially knowing that us teens are more than half of their costumers.

I'm just curious as to the thought process and logic behind locking the store at 1 PM while people are outside in the rain waiting while you're inside mopping the floor? The place is open all day and you choose the afternoon during a rainstorm to do it? When it'll be undone immediately due to the rain? Pure and utter stupidity and disrespect to your clientele. And then the logic behind giving a paper bag for 4 heavy drinks during said rain storm when I got plastic a few days ago? Never once had a good interaction with their staff. Some of you should not be working customer service. I completely forgot the fact that they had zero Slurpee cups for WEEKS. During the peek season for slurpees.. Which is just awful business on its own considering you guys were still churning slurpees that entire time.

Had an excellent fill up and purchase of chips, soda and lotto tickets here yesterday afternoon. I've never used this station before and was very pleased with their service. The staff was friendly and the stunningly beautiful woman behind the counter was so gracious and nice to deal with. This was even though she was training a new employee. Very happy with my visit and I also won over $20.00 on all of my lotto tickets! By far one of the best gas station visits I've had in a LONG time. Great location.

The staff are always friendly to me and the store is clean and well maintained. I only use shell v-power fuel in my car as there is a difference in my range of about 100kms if I put in regular. On my last trip there however I believe their v-power fuel had gone stale as my millage was not what it should be. I went to a different shell on Henderson highway and used their v-power fuel and my millage went back to normal.

Terrible customer service, they’re always yelling at the kids who go in there even tho they don’t do anything wrong, constantly accuse people of stealing when they wernt, they screamed at my friend for ACCIDENTALLY not shutting off the slurped thing completely, worst shell I’ve ever been to

Pump was cut off midway though filling because the employee doesn't understand the difference between a car engine running and the just the lights being on. Even after I turned my lights off, she still cancelled my transaction. Would not recommend.

If you just get gas its fine. The staff at the till are friendly most of the time, the gas is also good. Downside is that this store is not necessarily the cleanest. The washroom seems a shame and could definately use some upgrading and cleaning.

During the day seems alright but would not recommend frequenting the convenience store at night. The bald night cashier is extremely rude and aggressive towards customers. Seen this behaviour on multiple occasions, really unacceptable...
