the girl working the till was not trained, she should not be working alone. Twice I've been to this location and she was mixing up pumps to customers. The first of my visits, there were 6 customers in line. She mixed them all up, a few people had already paid for other peoples fuel. I waited 35mins for this congestion to clear up. I had $5.32 in premium gasoline, I gave her two $5 bills and told her to keep the change. The second visit, she refused service. I gave her a tip and she refuses me? you lost a customer. I may be riding the scooter now, but winters coming... almost time to insure the v8.

The daytime manager, Kelly has a major attitude problem. He acts like every lottery ticket or pack of cigarettes is some major chore for him. I've been locked out and knocked on the door for a few minutes before Kelly came and let me in only to give me a hard time saying I only had to knock once, when I said I'd been out there knocking for a while he told me "no you weren't". This is the closest store to my house but I'll be going elsewhere for my convenience store needs.

Absolutely horrendous service from the staff. Numerous times I have tried to use air miles cash rewards, but according to the same staff member on multiple occasions stated, "You don't have any". I signed into the app/website in front of him to show the available balance, but his response was "Well that app is BS". To date I am convinced that staff at this location do not know how to use air miles cash rewards, which is unacceptable as it is a valid form of payment.

It's happened more than enough times. I went to use the car wash and paid for the ultimate wash. I discovered that there was no Triple foam detergent and no surface protector during the wash. I reported it to the cashier with little response. Went back a few days later thinking that the issue was taken care of. Unfortunately not. I was going to ask for a refund but too many people in the store at the time. I won't be going back to this station for any purchase.

Such a horrible place. The staff are rude. I bought a car wash and when I got to enter my code it wasn’t working. Wouldn’t issue me a new code, wouldn’t refund me. I had to sit around for a manager because the guy at the till wouldn’t call him. I’ve only been here twice and both times it’s been horrible service. When the manager did show up he called me a liar. Just a really horrible place.

Open 24 hours.... nope! Answering machine to tell you they are closed..... nope! Friendly service.... not usually! Expired dairy product..... yup! A message on pump that says you have to inconveniently pay inside first..... nope! I’ve lived in the area since 1983 & I’ll never give this location my business, even for a breath mint! USELESS!

Just went there and asked for their cheapest car wash, and realized after I got home they charged me for the deluxe!!! And by the way no one is greeting you as you walk in ..... ur just walking cash ....

The lot really needs to be cleaned up. Weeds are growing over 3 feet tall at both ends of the lot. The fence along Corydon Ave is partially falling down. A real eye-sore in the vibrant neighbourhood!

Place is alright Car wash is about as consistent as McDonalds coffee. Out of some type of chemical at least 1/2 the time I go through & then get attitude when I complain about it.

If V-Power is only available on a couple pumps you should have signage up. Your three employees just standing around don't look like they had anything better to do anyways

The LED lights they use in the carwash are crazy bright and flash at you the whole time. Otherwise good. Maybe check it out if you're in the market for a light show

Do not go here for a car wash, false advertising. Got ultimate wash which stated tire shine, there was no tire shine and car was still filthy after wash.

The carwash is closed below -20C. Other washes stay open in the city. It's not right that Shell sells car wash passes when they won't honour them.

Can't really 'Loved It' a gas station but the guy behind the counter was very informative and friendly.

Get there, tried to use the self pay in the morning at the pump. Epic fail. Pump would not work.

The site is well organized, neat and clean served as a guest. I’m happy with their service.
