Brought my brand new suv to get washed after having it for a couple of weeks. I got the ultimate wash. The clerk told me it was the best and would get my car clean but to go super slow through it so it got my tires clean. Went through the wash once and my car sides back and front were still dirty. My suv was not even that dirty as it was just bought and clean from the dealer. The clerk made me fill out a rewash form and said she could only give me the basic wash.. I said no I want the ultimate again after walking outside to see my car. They told me it has special lasers and it doesn't get all of the sports cars clean it they are slow. (I'm driving an SUV not sure why that would effect me) Went through again and it still didn't get clean. You could still see the marks from my finger when I showed them the first time. Here is the picture of my cloth after the second wash. Disappointed to say the least. It's a brand new car wash. Don't waste your 16.99 on this poor wash. Might as well go to the chamois. Or Midtown!

New, fresh location (which is why they got the two stars), but unfortunately a very bad start! Fueled up and got a wash code, there was a line up so we decided to come back in a day or so. When we came back, the code has been used by someone, and the clerk informed us that WE used it 30 minutes after purchasing the code. Even after explaining that we have not used it, and that they might have something fishy going on with someone redeeming their codes, the clerk told me to buy a new wash if I want to wash my car. Terrible customer service, I would definitely appreciate if they would at least check their records, cameras or anything before plainly accusing me of trying to get a free wash code. It would be easily identified if I actually used the code by looking at the cameras from that day, but nope! So there you go, another example of how front line employees can make or break a business's image in the eye of the public.

The staff lack knowledge on what they sell. Example: on 2 different occasions I asked a question on buying a lotto ticket for the next 2 upcoming draw lotto Max ticket for their Tuesday & Friday draws, employee could not help me. Could only sell current day ticket. 2. Tried to wash my car today as it was -14C but was told it was closed due to being too cold when you factor in the windchill. Yet, the Coop car wash 2 blocks away had their car wash open & said they have never factored in a wind chill when deciding to close their car wash, only use outside temperature.

I love go to shell but today i had a worst customer experience. There is a girl today her name is "alishbna" I'm not sure I'm writing correct but anyways so, i asked about car wash please add into my card but typically i dont have a physical card and she just so RUDE . She didn't have any sense how to talk to someone she be like "" I CANT" with rude language and then blank me be like ""what the heck "" just tell me why ? She even dont know how to handle a customer or i dont think so she's know much about shell

Although I could not read the instructions on the digital readout telling me what to do when to do it the attendance saw me struggling and authorized the pump for me and then I had to pay inside. When I went inside it was such a pleasant experience and that's saying a lot from me I'll tell you. The Highlight was the young lady behind the till greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant to say the least making my outing pleasant.

I Started to go there before 2 year everyone know me very well im buy gas and drinks almost go there daily but today i was go there for buy drink and use washroom there is boy he know me very well he dont allow me i feel so bad becoz he know me verywell its not good thing first time face this type thing i try to never go there again i Like to use shell but not on this place again

I thought it would be a good idea of having my truck "washed" at this location, but their car wash did not do a good job. I got home and walked around my car and the dirt was still there. My truck was light/regular dirt. It was on Oct 25, 2019. By the price you pay, I do not recommend.

Open 24 hours but the front door is locked and I could see the employee from the door. Could at least put a sign saying be back soon or something. I get people need to take breaks but kind of frustrated that I couldn't pick up my Amazon packages.

The gas station is fine nothing to complain about there, the carwash on the other hand.. ive been through two times recently and both times the vehicle came out with multicoloured soap all over wheels which then froze and stayed there for days.

Me and my friends buy a monthly Car Wash pass every winter for a few months. This car wash remain closed most of the times. Would not recommend buying a monthly pass if you’re specifically going to use it at this location. …

Car wash tends to create a lot of ice just outside the door, my car got stuck and when I was trying to leave, the over head door closed on my car's hatch. The cashier did not believe what I said and refuse to refund me.

Don’t waste your money Car wash didn’t do a good job. I walked around my car and its still dirty from both sides will never go again totally waste of money

Don’t buy gift cards for the car wash. Got a gift card and when I went to use it someone else already used the codes. Scam!

An absolute dump. The car wash was so dirty and to add it did a really bad job and I got the premium wash stay far away.
