Usually a good station. However, I purchased a buy one get one 1/2 off car wash deal on March 30. Used one either the day I got it or a bit after - I’ll go straight home if it’s too busy and come back another day. I went today to use my second wash and the code was not working. Had a big line up behind me. I spoke to the manager through the intercom and was told to come in because the code was used on the 7th. I’m not going to hold up everyone behind me, plus I had my 2 year old. I would need to take her out of her seat to go inside. I told the guy there’s no way I’m going in, I never used the second code. He gave me a new code and told me to come inside after. I went inside with my daughter and the lady was ready to charge me for the car wash. I said I was NOT here on the 7th. Manager comes in and asks if my bf or husband used it - I don’t have either. I’m the only one driving my car, it’s the only car at my house and the receipt stays IN my car until I redeem my washes. I would never go there on a Saturday at dinner hour - too busy! I go later at night or in the morning if it’s a weekend. He said “well it shows it was used, but I’ll give you this one free.” I said thanks (even though I didn’t even use the second code), and left. Won’t go back. I got gas at another station by my house on the 6th, as I didn’t need the car wash, car was still clean from when I got one the week before. On the 7th, I went to Tim Hortons only. I have GPS tracking on my car and it shows I never went anywhere near that station. They need to look into their system, it’s embarassing to be that a-hole holding up the line when it was genuinely NOT my fault. I take the receipt out of my car after the washes are used. The code was either somehow printed twice, maybe to do with it being a promo or someone had a very similar code and mistyped it. Very strange.

Gas sold at similar proces to most of the other nearby competitors. It does have a car wash that, unlike the one at the other end of the mall, is fully automatic. My young children love it because of the many different colours the mechanism changes to, the indicator lights, and the varying cleaners that are dispensed onto the vehicle as you pass through. It also doesn't seem to worry them as much as the one near the local Sobeys did because it is more airy and less enclosed. The store part of the station always seems clean and i have never had any problems with the staff. One time they gave me extra washes on my carwash card because they were having problems refilling it. They did so simply because they had delayed me for five minutes. The biggest problem here is the crazy traffic going to and coming from Walmart that is right next to it. Why is it such a mad rush to get near/leave a store?

Update: Was hoping the customer service rep who reached out would be of help but now it's November 14 and nothing yet which is why I dropped my rating from 2 stars now to 1. They reached out September 30th and I've had periodic back of fourth with them but there's been upwards of 2 weeks waiting for replies, ie) last time I heard from shell customer service was Nov 1st asking for photos of the vehicle which was already part of my review. I unfortunately don't think anything will come of this and ultimately would probably recommend avoiding this car wash I would personally avoid this carwash Paid 16$ for the ultimate carwash and the vehicle is still dirty. The fellow who was working yesterday let me rewash but it still left the vehicle dirty.

Do NOT oerder from them on uber eats. They mess your order up EVERY TIME and instead of using coupon codes theyll change the order on you making the coupon useless. Got charged more money for less and even was missing 2 of my 4 drinks. Should have gotten $30 worth of good for $19 but instead i got like $12 worth of goods for $24. Ridiculous

Ripped me off. Charged $20 for a car wash & it left my car filthy. I was told “too bad” because I had to pick my kids up from school & didn’t immediately go through again. Are you kidding? I’ve been buying fuel here for 10yrs. Never again. Your policy blows goats.

NEVER THIS PLACE Manager there was so rude and my car was no washed properly. Worst car wash in city and staff is even beyond worst. Your car will never be cleaned as if you but any carwash even their so called ultimate car wash. It will be still dirty

We visit there twice for car wash ,,it’s wastage of money here .Its not done proper its not looks like we wash our car. First time they said its problem there but this time still same thing happen..fully wastage of money

Please list the hrs of your car wash .Staff doesn’t even know .you phone to inquire one guy says open till 12pm showed up at 11 pm next staff says closes at 11 get your hrs straight..-5c

Fast friendly service. Station is always clean and the shelves are stocked. Car wash is hit and miss when it comes to quality though.

I like this shell location as its close to where i live. But Some girl over the counter named jasmeen needs to be retrained. So rude.
