Due to snow salt, I wanted to wash my car from the inside. To remove the carpet, I had to unplug some of the wire under my seat. while I was preparing myself for the car wash, the employee who was working there at that time runs up-to me and rudely starts yelling that “You are not supposed to work on the car, GET OUT!”. I was like fine I will just wash my car and go since I did not want to deal with his yelling. I nicely asked him “Is it okay if I wash my car before I leave, the store employee then furiously tells me “GET OUT” and uses the F-Word. I was shocked with the attitude I was getting so I asked him to apologize before I leave, the employee starts threatening me to call the cops on me since I was not leaving the premises whereas I just wanted to get a good customer service and give them my business. The employee then starts taking a video of me and accusing of me being rude. I am very upset with the store employee I felt really humiliated at this place. I am very regular to this car wash like twice every week. One more thing to note that there was no line up at all. I hope manager takes actions for this and fire him or at-least teach him what is a good customer service. I also saved my dash cam video recording which clearly shows how badly he treated me and kicked me out where I just wanted to silently do a car wash.

I want to complain here that I was insulted and disrespected by the car wash staff. Incident date: March 18, 2023. Incident Time: Occurred between 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm Outside temp on that day: Feel like -20 I entered the car wash and parked the car at the available bay. I washed in approximately 7 minutes and started to dry the vehicle. The car wash staff approached me and asked me to vacate the spot and not dry the car as there was a lineup outside. I listened quietly and decided to speed up the drying wet windscreen and windows, at least because the outside temp quite cold. I lost my breath but completed the work in approximately 2min to 3min. The staff was looking at me, and he got angry; he approached me again and gave by an emotionally packed outburst. I responded that there should be written instructions for people to decide whether to enter with no dry time. He said I would not put any fu*king instructions and told me to GET OUT and NOT COME HERE AGAIN. I was humiliated, disrespected, and insulted by his behavior. His name is Balwinder, and he works as Manager (Other staff gave me his particulars; I wonder if the details are correct).

The prices and equipment and the venue were fine, but there was one issue that I by no means took very seriously: it was minus ten degrees outside and the attendant actually came up to us and told us to drive out as soon as possible, that the place only offered rinsing and I could understand other customers waiting and I was willing to give others a chance as soon as possible, but it was minus ten degrees outside! I have seen similar situations in previous customer reviews. I would love to ask the Shell managers if you think this is reasonable? I would tell others to come and wash their cars in the winter and you may have to face this problem. Your car goes out and freezes and they don't actually let you dry the water damage indoors as quickly as possible!!! I did my best to dry it as quickly as possible with both my wife but still they warned me. Next time I encounter it, I'll complain!

Went to fill up tires today, paid 2 dollars and the air machine was not working. Went inside the gas station advising the staff and asked for my money back. Owner refused to acknowledge the issue and said its not his machine and not his problem, regardless that the mashine is on shell property. Then directed me to call a number on machine which does not exists. They have a nice scam going. Last time ever to go to this place and it was my to go station for fuel and car washes

I have not been at this location for a long time due to the fact that it was very outdated. I finally went back this past Sunday and WOW still exactly the same (they updated there machine) the lights are SO dark you can't even see if you have a clean truck or not. The water pressure still sucks too. I will stay with the one that is perfect (down the road) thank you

I have been using this car wash for over 10 years. Last few months less and less soap, cold water. Was there at 630am this morning. Cold water and couldn't even see the soap. Horrible wash. Lost me for life as I will never attend the wash again

Pretty decent, big enough for truck and trailer, not the best car wash, staff pays attention to you and pretty friendly, after a few visits they already know what you are getting/you become a regular

Used to be my car wash/gas station, last time the owner refused to allow me to wipe the windows off, it was -31c outside and there was 2/3rds vacant stalls. They just Lost my business.

I only come here for the car wash, while getting pricier every few years, it still remains the cheapest option to hand wash your car, 100% recommend!

Fast n friendly staff very helpful. Only downside is they're always sold out of tostitos... If it wasn't for the tostitos I woulda gave 5 stars !!!
