One of the worst shells in the city. Be careful when you enter the store as there is broken tile at the entrance door where I twisted my ankle thanks to my foot catching on the broken tile. I have repeatedly told the establishment to fix or actually use the entrance mat to cover it. Its been two years and the tile still hasn't been fix, just waiting for someone to trip and break their hip at this place so Shell will finally force the owners to fix it. Also the staff is mediocre at best, speak minimally to you but are having fun talking to their friends with their bluetooth in their ear so they mess up what pump you're at and create a disaster. At this point I'm thinking the owner is the equivalent of the status of the bathroom that's hasn't been glanced at after the morning hours rush.

Every time we purchase their gift cards ..end up not working, cashier don’t bother to activate it for you upon purchase..it was very embarrassing to give away multiple gift cards and have to collect it back and go to the store hoping to activate that..i won’t be buying Shell GC any more ( it happened more than once BTW)

This location will not honour shell has compounds you get from safe way or save on foods. This location is not shell it's a shell gas in name only. I will be contacting head office. The lady was quite rude in refusing the legal compound. They need to put up a sign

Drive by here everyday and it’s always the most expensive gas in the area/city. Boycott this greedy Shell gas station since they want to nickel and dime customers by wanting a couple extra cents of gas

Why are you always more expensive than Shell further north not .... Flying J .... but the new one on the west side 1 km north. More difficult access as there is a Tim Horhons attached that can be busy.

I don't know what happened to this location. There is nobody ever working. No matter how long you stay and stand there and buzz the intercom... never used to be like that

Someone skimmed my credit card this location Tried buying fuel here. Didn't work three times. Went inside still didn't work. Went to bank and it works.

Need to go inside for a receipt. Also they are literally 30 cm long. For a single tank of gas and air miles.

Greedy gas station! This station is consistently 5 cents higher than other gas stations around it.

Pumps work well and the staff inside are friendly. Tim Horton's there is nice and kept clean.
