I never write reviews, but all the employees at this Sheltair were beyond amazing! They took care of me very well when I stopped in at Tampa to have lunch. They went above and beyond with their hospitality with my family that picked me up.

Best FBO in the country. I'm based in Tampa. They take great care of the crews (which I am one), the passengers and aircraft. Every one of the CSRs are helpful, engaging and professional.

Mercedes crew car, and if that is taken, a pretty nice Toyota. Fed-Ex pick up at the desk. They always try to literally roll out the red carpet, and almost always marshal you in and out.

Waited an hour for fuel, was given an attitude when I went in, and paid for fuel. Really poor CSR's, it will be Signature next time for any of our corporate aircraft heading to Tampa.
