I used this service yesterday and found them exceptional. I needed to book a cab to take four of us plus cases to Abbey Wood station. Uber was a ridiculous amount, nearly £50, another local firm didn’t answer their phone and a third told me to ring back in the morning The lady from Sherberts was very helpful, quoted £12.90 and booked it straight away. I was sent a text message to say our cab was on its way and it arrived in plenty of time to load the vehicle. The cab was clean and the driver friendly. Thank you Sherberts, I’ll definitely use you again

I’ve used Sherbets for many years. Drivers are very courteous and dependable. I would recommend. However I have found recently the office operator in the evening is keen to say we have nothing available before even offering a possible time slot. Passengers may be prepared to wait and as a female traveling alone I would rather be told a time than just a blunt “we have nothing available” before cutting the call. I have now downloaded the app so am hopeful service will be as good as it’s always been.

Christmas period, no Ubers would take us. Called up, explained I had a dog and a lot of Christmas stuff to bring back home. No qualms, within 15 minutes picked up. Gent on the phone was polite and quick with sorting. Terrence (our driver) was a top bloke - friendly & chatty (I’m sure he would’ve also been happy to sit in silence, I just hate the quiet, for anyone who isn’t keen to chat). Took me door to door, Sidcup to Surrey Quays at a good price, even with a tip. Definitely would use again.

Fantastic company. Very reliable and friendly staff. We were dropped to the airport by this company and were asked if we wanted to pre book a cab for the return that the driver would take care of it for us so we did. We were delayed by 3.5hrs and they used a tracking system so they knew what time we landed and a driver would be there. They also kept us updated via text message.

My car broke down late last night and I had 3 children - 11, 7 and 5months. My insurance company contacted this company to come collect us and take us home. The person they sent took ages to find us and was very rude to me over the phone. Eventually, he called to say he wasn't coming and had gone back. I then had to contact my insurance company for them to send another taxi.

Have used both to take me for a hospital procedure and more recently for Airport run to and from Stansted. On all occasions drivers were prompt/few minutes early which we appreciated as was keen to get going, the cars were clean, drivers friendly and professional, good value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Really friendly and accomodating service. Not only did they book is a cab for Friday night on less than 24hrs notice, they were cheaper than an Uber and even moves the booking back for us after we were running late. The cab was clean and nice, driver was professional and was even here early!

Used to use them quite a bit. Most recent experiences have been terrible …driver not even step out to help with my bags, other driver could barely drive, car boot was filled with rubbish, they couldn’t accept card payments but never informed me in advance. Honestly terrible.

False advertising on their website. Needed a pick up from slade green to dartford but was rudely told, "we're in Bexley mate find a service in your area, by, by" and hangs up. If you don't service the area's you have on your website, then remove them.

Absolutely fantastic company! We booked to be collected from Gatwick and Emanuele was fabulous!!!! Kept us in the loop at all times, even whatsapped us so that he knew when we had collected our bags etc! Would 100% use again and highly recommend.

Person who answered phone tonight when trying to make a booking for new year's eve really rude and after taking all my details of destinations and I asked for price I was informed it wasn't giving me a price and I needed to call back. Pathetic.

Little late on arrival but, Guy was very nice and chatty to a of us. Fare was reasonable for where we went and half what another firm wanted to charge. Guy was ready and waiting for return journey. Would defo use again.

Cheapest Heathrow transfer for Swanley. We paid £75 to go and also pick up. Way cheaper than the Swanley taxis who charge £90 to £100. We used their airport transfer 4 times without any problem .

Booked a taxi to pick me up from the airport. Turned up 45 minutes late. Useless taxi firm and wouldn’t recommend. Plenty of other firms in the area
