This hotel is in a very nice location along the road just after The Polytechnic. But everything here is older than the charges. The rooms are just overrated. 18,350 for a room bad bathroom door, dirty AC and student bed. I bought 2 plates for poundo yam here for 12k. She brought the soup and it was just like a beggars soup. Food and everything here doesn't worth it. And they don't allow lodgers to bring food from home or else where. You must buy food here. These are sincere comments and personal experiences here How can u say this room is over 18k for a night? In Ikorodu for that matter too. Maintenance is very poor and their card door didn't work for about 2 hrs. Staffs are too old and sluggish. I had use the hotel because its the only one very close to where I came to work

It was a great experience but during festivities the hotel can get loud and really packed with guests, making the lounge, pool and rest areas too crowded for children.

Poor services, old infrastructures, poor customer service. Imagine paying 12k a room plus service charge and the AC is half dead, WC leaking water and toilet seat shaky. Food overly expensive for very little value.. and service charge to deliver the same food you bought from them to your room.., isn't that daylight robbery?? The worst of it all is that they don't allow food from outside.., you must buy food from them., with the silly excuse of "we want to make sales". They only want you to buy food from them despite the fact that they don't have what you want at the moment, their outrageous price, their 'low quality food'.. That's just unfair. Y'all do something about this. 1 star for me!

Poor service delivery, mosquitoes in room, mould in bathroom and rooms, stench in room due to the mould, torn beddings, maintenance issues with toilet as water kept leaking and the toilet seat cover was off on the floor, dirty stains on the wall, bad housekeeping as the floor in the room had sand and hair, visible wires everywhere, dusty tables at the pool bar, AC in room kept tripping off and I had to put it on every 5 minutes, maintenance guys were called 3 consecutive times and no results…I really don’t look forward to coming back again…the security guys were welcoming and the supervisor at the front desk….Management should look into this…the place is overhyped!

Well, it was a somewhat great experience. Even if the prices are ridiculous, you have to pay a very high percentage VAT for each room. So if the room is 13,000 you'd have to pay a total amount of 15,000+ the extra is the VAT, makes absolutely no sense to me. Your bags get searched upon entering the gate by the security men, LOL, was annoying if you ask me. The view inside the hall and walkway was really nice, it's decorated with a lot of sculptures, which I personally liked. The room I stayed in was nice, liked the lightening, could have been better with a wardrobe, water heater didn't work.

The room i stayed in that's the second most expensive suite is very nice, very spacious and comfy, i enjoyed the shower too, but the bathroom had no shower curtain and hence when you're done bathing the floor is all wet and no towel to mop up, this is bad and should be worked on, also the AC was dropping water right in the room, this should be fixed, the food was ok i ate boiled yam and egg sauce, but didn't enjoy the beef. Overall it's an ok hotel to stay

My friend from the USA love the place and the serene environment, good parking space, the room wasn't that big but it was top-notch for the price. There's an atm beside the hotel in charge you run out of cash and yes, it is beside the road, easy to locate. The receptionist we're nice and beautiful. Lovely and beautiful decoration, interior was beautiful. Oh my, wonderful. Try the place ,you will like it

Oh Lord the maintenance of the hotel is so bad! Water linking all night long from the bathroom, humidity, stained bedsheet, dirty telephone, had to call the reception 3 times to get a towel... I stayed for 1 night and it was more than enough! Pretty hotel from the outside but inside the rooms it's another story.

Nice, secured and affordable hotel with customer friendly staff, located in the Odongunyan part of Ikorodu. The hotel rooms are quite nice, clean and well maintained. The hotel has ample parking spaces within and outside the premises with an ATM machine right in front of the hotel. The hotel is equipped with a gym and swimming pool for the use of lodgers, visitors and the public.

Terrible place i have never been in a dirtier place. The room service, very poor, lacked courtesy, lousy. Its beautiful on the outside. I couldn't even eat inside. The blankets where brownish white, the plumbing system is horrible for the kind of ambience it carries i am sorry the maintenance is zero. If you are looking for a nice hotel to relax Sheriff is definitely out of it.

Sheriffyt Royale Hotel is beside Affordable Lounge and Bar. The hotel has big and well furnished and decorated rooms. The parking space is large enough to accommodate more than enough vehicles. Their services is A and the staff are competent and polite. This hotel is located less than 100meters before Odoguyan bus stop. A trial will convince you.

The most useless hotel in Ikorodu, smelly place mosquitos everywhere bed bugs the Ac will only work for every 5mins and trip off so u have to stay awake overnight.. PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS PLACE, it’s not what u think anymore

I typically use the gym facility here. I'd say it's average. They've got only one treadmill and it's use is rationed. The ACs aren't fully working at the time of writing. There are 2 stationary bikes amongst other equipment. I've not lodged here before but they've got a restaurant, a bar, and a swimming pool.

This hotel advert is a scam o. I doubt if the place exist. I was insulted just for refusing to pay ahead over the phone. The guy kept saying he has a script he was going to give to me. And that would be shared via whatsapp. And when I refused. I was insulted.

Quite an upscale place for the location it is. One of the hotels for consideration in the Odonguyan axis of Ikorodu. Nice ambiance and facilities including ATM, swimming pool and mini stores. The low point for the hotel is the accessibility to the area as Odonguyan is prone to serious traffic

It's located in a serene environment with basic facilities. Although the hotel has its own shortcomings such as low maintenance of facilities (just like most hotels in Nigeria) and cleaning rooms at their own convenient time. Overall, it's okay and manageable. I would score is 7 out of 10.

It was a wonderful experience at Sheriffyt Royale Hotel and Suites. Definitely a place worth visiting again

The location is nice, the reception staff were polite and overall the place was clean. However, the mattress was so hard like sleeping on wood! The bathroom configuration was not to my taste, shower literally over the toilet. Mould on the bathroom ceiling didn't look nice.

I was there for a bridal shower.... The hotel was easily accessible, not too expensive and they render good services but the AC of the room I was was broken. The AC in the other rooms that we booked was ok though.... Plus you should definitely find a picture background.

Nice hotel, ambience is good. Staff can do better and be more courteous. The location also isn't bad for ikorodu trips

You can't judge a book by its cover is best used to describe this place. For all the outward glitter, the rooms are average at best. Too many extra charges and conditions. Don't get me started on the type of people (G-boys) who patronise this place..

Newly Renovated and looks good. However only 2 type of rooms are available, 3and half ft bed sizes and 6by6 family sizes. 4and half bed size not available. The small rooms are a little bit expensive while the big rooms price is fairly ok

The room I stayed in was smelly and unkept. Used insecticide to mask the smell, it was not the best experience. Also there was this particular receptionist male that was super lazy, he hardly acted like he wanted to be working there.

A very cool place, the reception was nice, their hall is a bit stuffy tho; Air conditioners weren’t working! The rooms are very nice: the pool isn’t too deep plus they have a space for kids to swim too! An overall nice experience.

The rooms/beds, though disappointingly small are relatively clean. The desk clerk was quit friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is excellent, decent reception and great security with an ATM point at the front of the hotel.. The road is also good with minimum holdup along the way. Opposite is a filling station.

Awesome rooms.... I'd recommend for pool lovers like me. Squeaky clean pool.

The facilities at this hotel has become average and the management seem to pay little attention to its maintenance. The bathroom, the ceiling, and the furnitures needs a makeover.
