5/27/23. Update have been to this store several times over last year updating house room by room and have gone to home depot but wife walked away from paint selection and said going back to Sherwin Williams. Color selection is main reason for her and customer service for questions. Me it's the coverage and easily rolls on never an issue. Wonderful staff to help dyi in answering questions and explaining. We chose the emerald series and love the coverage. Online color selection and being able to load your own picture makes it a lot easier for right color choice. Great store

Kris (I believe that was her name- she had dark hair and was working in the morning on sep 2) was SO helpful. She spent time helping me pick out accent colors for the exterior of my house. She offered tips and suggestions that made my painting job SO much easier. She most definitely has an eye and is talented with coming up with color schemes! Had it not been for her, I would've probably gone to a different store.

Customer service here is excellent! I was greeted immediately by Kris, who remembered me from when I had come in a day or 2 before, and even remembered exactly what colors I got samples of. She also helped me pick out colors for my interior office wall using an inspiration photo I gave her. Thanks for taking the time to provide such top notch service!

This is my second time getting paint from them and each time the paint doesn't match. Its not even close to matching. I was guaranteed this time the paint would match. They won't even give you your money back. I will take my business to Home Depot. If its not right they will give you your money back at least.

Kris is amazing. She knows her stuff. She is kind and patient. Knowing what you're selling is imperative to business, I believe. Even if this store location is out of your way, it's worth the visit. My husband and I walked in last Friday Nov 10th around noon. We were the only customers in the store at the time. There were 6-7 young store associates behind the counter on their phones. I asked a question and was not treated with care or knowkefgeX we left

I felt invisible. One worker was just staring at the paint shaker machine; like she was dreaming of being somewhere else. My friend told me to look at "agreeable gray", because it is the "paint color of the year". There were no samples in the slot.
