I went into the location twice, first to pick a colour and get information and the next day to buy product, both were great. The first drop in I must have asked 10 questions and the sales associate was kind enough to answer them all which ultimately led to my choice to purchase the product from this store. I needed a pail of satin which was sold out and they sold me cans for almost the same price. Seif was kind enough to carry out the cans to my car, I didn't ask and what he didn't know is that I have a shoulder injury right now so I would have had to do one by one. He was super pleasant and and efficient, I would definitely go back .

Update: Changing to 1 star Last year during the curbside pickup days, I gave my creditcard info over the phone for a pickup order, I think it was on May 20th, 2020 Within couple of days my card was misused twice in Talinn, Estonia for 2 transactions. May 22 for $10.83 May 25 for $10.26 Although my bank reversed these charges, but still I had to go through hassle and wasted time. Since then I have stopped shopping at this store.

My order was out of stock, but she went the extra mile and placed the order, then followed up with me after two days to ensure that my order was ready for pick up. Sherwin has a centralized computer system and I get my discount which I have maxed out at around 30-35% at any Sherwin store I walk into. The "Opulence" paint seems to be the best bang for the buck so far for me. Medium viscosity, flows well, lecels well and and covers extremely well, especially with darker colors...

I love he quality of paints, the selection of colors, and above all the excellent customer service. Especially Connor, he is always very professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He is an excellent worker and it is obvious by his demeanor that he enjoys what he does and values his customers.
