My boyfriend went in this location and bought the brand new pair of Adidas boosts for me as a surprise gift. $130 pair of shoes. I wore the shoes for about 3 hours before I realized that the glue from manufacturing was all over the sides of the shoes on both shoes and there was a small but noticeable white spot on the toe of the shoe. I took the shoes back in to return them and they told me that since they had been worn that I could not return them but they would get me another pair. They ended up not having my size. They told me that I either had to keep the shoes or find another pair that I could exchange them for. I found a cheaper pair. $70 cheaper. Took them to the counter and the woman behind the desk informed me that she could not credit me back the $70 difference for the shoes. So basically she told me that I could not have my $70 difference returned to me and that she could not put the difference in store credit on a gift card. So what your saying to me JOURNEYS is that you would be keeping the extra $70 that you owed me!? Called the Green Hills location and they were more than happy to take care of the issue for me. Will NEVER shop at this location again. Poor customer service and very unwilling to return me my extra money. I left with the shoes I originally came in to return and had to drive to a different location to have this issue corrected. Don't waste your time here.

Upon arrival, I spotted an extra cute pair of Adidas shoes. The guy helping me brought out other shoes and socks along with the pair of shoes I requested. Which I like that they do that. However, this employee also charged me for more than I asked for and I purchased 2 packs of socks when I only agreed to one pack I didn't notice until I was home. I then found my shoes online for $50 cheaper so I wanted to return one pair of shoes. My husband offered to go to the mall and return them. Then the same dishonest employee was there and told my husband he could not return them. He had the original receipt just not my debit card. My husband came back home still with the shoes. I went back today and the manager said he would give me cash back and never asked for my debit card. I then told him what had happened. He didn't seem to care that his Employee #543383 was very dishonest with me on my purchase and in the return process. I would not recommend them. I purchased 2 pairs of Adidas shoes, one pair of henley's, one pair of Steve madden's sandals, 3 packs of socks, and 2 backpacks. I spent close to 500 dollars In one day.

horrible, i went to the 3 different stores and this could have all been solved at the first one. a girl who works there told me that the doc martin shoes fit way too big and to get a size smaller for my girlfriend. well of course they were to small for her. i then had to go to rivergate, another rivergate store and then sent to opry mills. after Jamie and i switched the shoes out, he said have a nice day. i assumed that was it, so i left. i then got home and the shoes were not the size 8 that i was trying to get they were a 5 and a 7!!!! i then called, they said come back so i did, When i got there jamie accused me of stealing them and said “ if i would have caught you that day i don’t know what i might have done” and proceeded to argue with me. i got my shoes and i left. after $209.00 spent, 4 trips to bad from, i get horrible customer service as well. i will not be shopping here unless something changes.

Journeys was great. My mom got white and black high converse for 55 dollars which was cheaper then the other store we went to. Great fit, and amazing service. My mom loves them. In these pictures the shoes maybe a bit dirty but these were a few weeks after having them. Me, my mom, and sister all got some and we love them. Truly recommend Journeys.

Everyone working there was cool. I’m giving 3 stars because it was so uncomfortable having staff repeatedly approach us; I could tell they were just trying to open a conversation with customers. Not the staffs fault, I know they’re probs just listening to a higher-up, but it was worse than lush like y’all need to read the room and chill a lil bit!

I called ahead to see if they had what I needed. She patiently looked up all 5 items and confirmed all the sizes I needed were in stock. She offered to set the items to the side until I arrived. The store was crowded but I was able to walk right up the register and pay for my items. Excellent customer service!!!

I stopped in with my mom and was assisted by a guy named Dylan. Dylan was super nice and super helpful. I tend to find the shoe shopping process overwhelming because I have a hard time finding shoes that work for me. Dylan was super cool the whole time and so so accommodating!

I shop at Journey's often for my kids Converse and backpacks. They frequently have sales. I shop on-line and in person and they provide consistent great service! They have always been very nice and helpful and the selection of products is fantastic!!

Found the shoes my daughter wanted, but the sales clerk was uninterested in helping her sizing the shoe or even checking out. I even had to wait to check out because clerks kept walking by the register. We won't be shopping this store again.

I really liked the store.. Sadly, the clerk didn't want to sell us shoes. We had shoes to try on, and were waiting for her to bring more, but she never came. After waiting around and looking dumb, we decided to buy from another place.

The store is small and the attitude of the employees are smaller. I thought I would give them another chance, but the small store, the overcrowded shoes, the employees and the music is too much for me to handle.

One of my absolutely favorites in this mall, customer care is top of the line and everyone is so nice. I've been in this mall for 4 years and I only buy my shoes here because they know what there doing

Good selections, good service, and good pricing! Overall, I recommend you go check them out for some good shoes in a store where the employees actually seem to care about helping you out!

Journey kids did not have sizes I need so the associate directed me to visit the other location in the mall I walked in I was not greeted I looked around no one spoke to me

Go see Lily. If she's not the manager, she should be. Glad I stopped in on a whim. Super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and fixed me up with some killer kicks.
