I have received unacceptable service from the store in Narellan Town Centre NSW. 7 weeks with no jewellery! It is still waiting to be repaired! I attended the store on September 12 in order to find a piece for a function on November 5th, which I told the ladies. I purchased a necklace which they recommended I had resized smaller to fit better. I purchased the care plan there and then and they insisted it would only take a few weeks for the necklace to be returned, long before November 5th. I went into the store on 29 September to enquire when the necklace would be returned, they struggled to find any data and asked that I supply the care plan and that I should text the information. It is now November the 2nd and there is still NO necklace! I was told my initial text was not received, blamed it on computers. I supplied the store with a screen shot of my text with the date clearly visible. Why didn't anyone call me? Why has it been 7 weeks for a simple necklace down size. This is completely unacceptable and I am shocked at the customer service.

Walked in due to the sale……had a look around. Spotted a citizen watch which was on sale. Tried to get the watch, went to the counter to pay and was told they accidentally placed the incorrect pricing sticker. Astonished as these mistakes should not happen and disheartened as the pice doubled. Left scratching my head. whatever price the shop has placed on its products, that becomes the price of the goods. It’s the shop’s responsibility to ensure correct prices have been set to their products.

I’m relative new to this brand. I had an unbelievable (terrible) experience at Parra store recently, the second time I visited. Even though that’s the store closest to me, I now shop at other store locations and do click and collect at other stores as well. Today is the first time I visit Narellan store, Maria is so awesome and showed me diff products. I am very happy with my purchase. Am a very happy customer at Narellan and Livo. Thanks for the wonderful experiences!

I purchased some beautiful jewellery as I do from Shiels at Narellan. I was served by this lovely shop assistant Maryanne I was so impressed by her service nothing was an issue for her. She was very kind ,polite patient whilst I made my choices. We need more lovely ladies like Maryanne and her service and care was exceptional and I wanted this to be recognised. Had a great experience with both Josh and Maria when buying my first watch last week. The customer service from them both was top-notch and I can't fault anything. The watch is amazing, and they both took the time to make sure it fit perfectly. And to top it off - they included a great warranty. If you live in Narellan and are in the market for some bling make sure you see Maria or Josh at Shiels!!!

I was served by Maryanne, she was extremely patient and kind. She tried her best to help me find a gift for my friend and we finally came to a decision. She also managed to keep it within my desirable budget and did not pressure me into buying something that was out of my budget. Really appreciated her work. Will definitely be returning for future purchases. :)

Wow! Is a understatement on how wonderful my shopping experience was today. I would give 10 if I could. Maria is just a amazing. She is so knowledgeable, friendly and honest. She finds out what you are looking for and helps you find the perfect jewellery. You never get that in retail.
