I bought my earring from parramatta and in 10 days they got broke/loose from post (manufacturing error). They keep coming off. I went there the manager temporarily fixed those so when I came home they fall off my ears again. I went to Blacktown(as it’s close to my home ) branch to exchange or refund them but the refused to help. They said we will send it t head office so they will fix it. They asked me to give pic of original receipt which is sent. I went after 20 days asking for if there is something from head office but they said they will inform me when my earrings are back. After 3 months I went again and the lady said your original receipt was never uploaded (staff incompetence) so please send again. I sent again . In short after 30 days I got them back but the earring was not opening from lock (after fixing) so they exchanged . Poor staff service . In receipt they say the will exchange or refund in case of manufacturing error but they didn’t, it was Clearly manufacturing fault. Never going back again to these idiots .

The lady at the customer service desk need some training on how to talk and deal with customers. I actually did not see the name but she looks lime from Indian sub continent and she was on the shift on Sunday 28th august 2022 at 3pm. She is very rude and her selection of words and the taunt she gives feeling as if we are the criminals. She even bold enough to tell that she is worried about current customer than the customer who already brought the item. She think that if customer does not come back it will not harm her. I do not know whether she own the store or she is hired . If she is hire than who ever have hired her need to give some training and hard effort to make herself fit in the shoes . Hope it gets

I bought a lovely Tommy Hilfiger watch on Sunday 31st July 2022, from Shiels in Blacktown and I love it. The service was fantastic too however I have noticed that the watch is missing a blue "washer" around the crown and will contact the store to get this rectified. It had the washer while in the display window but right from when I purchased it, the washer is missing. Update: Shiels Blacktown, called me on Friday 5th August and on Sunday 7th August, they had a brand new, replacement watch for me. Outstanding service and all the staff are very nice and understanding. I would highly recommend shopping at Shiels in Westpoint Shopping Center in Blacktown.

I have been looking for a Diamond ring for a long time. Never could find the right one or the right price. So I seen there was a new jewelry store in Blacktown with grand opening sales. The moment I entered the store Shabs was so helpful and patient with me. Nothing was a problem! Not only did I find my forever ring in store I noticed they had a lot of unique styles of jewelry. I would not hesitate to go back there and have a browse for Mother’s Day and future purchases.

I bought a 9 ct white gold and topaz ring from Shiels in Blacktown for my granddaughter for Xmas. She hasn't seen it yet but I think it is beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. As my granddaughter is only 14 she can only wear a particular style of ring and Shiels was the only store that had rings suitable for her age group. I would recommend Shiels to anyone looking for any type and style of jewellery.

Simply amazing customer service and fantastic quality jewellery. Delivery from Melbourne to Sydney was fast and very well packaged. I love buying from Shiels jewellers. A lot of their stock is well priced also. The only store where I buy my jewellery now as even the finer products are sturdy. Great designer watches as well.

Today I was fortunate enough to come into Shiels the jewellers on arrival I was greeted by a lovely young woman named Shabs she was very friendly helpful and knowledgeable it honestly has been one of the best retail experience I have experienced the store was also clean and the other staff were very lovely to deal with

Got a bracelet as gift. Tried to return to the store for refund to find an item elsewhere. Was refused. Manager apparently unavailable. More than happy to do an exchange of course but says no to refund which is consumer right. Am following up with consumer affairs.

Saw they had a grand opening sale. Walked in on 2 seperate occasions to look at, and hopefully buy, a watch. Was ignored both times. All of the ladies were chatting with each other. I guess, if you don’t wear designer clothes, they just ignore you.

Best customer service experience, I went to this store to buy my last minuets gift shoppings, on Monday, the lady Paraya , she was so patient and I bought ten items from her. i couldn't believe that i could buy all my family presents in one shop.
