ShiftingKart - Ahmedabad Used the services of this company a few days ago; the movement of household goods was within a vicinity of 4 km; the experience was BAD What's Good - They offer decent & competitive rates. Unfortunately everything good ends here What's BAD - My experience tells me the packers (labourers) are not skilled; lack interest & motivation for do the job which they are assigned. They are good loaders only They reported late; often the excuse is someone go delayed. Throughout the entire packaging exercise; someone kept on chewing tobacco & dirty the house by throwing wrappers inside the house. They do packaging blindly; packed food items with Bagon Spray pump & insecticide bottle. Lack of common sense & knowledge. When I stopped them, thereafter they packed it with the water filter. Sheer stupidity. The food containers are put upside down; leading to massive wastage of raw materials. In short, BEST AVOID this packer; If you want peace of mind & proper packing / unpacking; seek alterative All that glitters is not gold; after you read their innumerable positive reviews, please don't get carried away

I wish I could give 0 stars. If you want your luggage to be sent broken only then go ahead with shiftingkart. They will not take responsibility of your luggage. My large IT luggage worth around 12k was delivered broken, which can not even be repaired, when asked to take appropriate action, I was said show me your insurance and no bag costs 12k in the world and then I sent my invoice. Such illiterate people works and owns the company. I was clearly not informed about any T&C or policy. Don’t get honey trapped! Go with good shifting services but not shiftingkart. If you also faced this issue.. ask your influencer friends to take this on a bigger platform and let these people know what a consumer can do if wronged.

They provide excellent services and their staff are polite. I had taken their services of movers and packers for transporting my household goods from Ahmedabad to Pune in Jun. However, due to some issues I had to ask them to store my goods 35 boxes in their warehouse. They willingly stored it for a minimal charge and finally shipped my boxes at my convenience. Not a single piece was broken. Even the most delicate items reached me safe and sound. I am extremely satisfied with the excellent personalized service that they extended towards me. Definitely recommend their services.

Poor very poor service. Took around 15days to get my things deliver and after that i found number of things are missing from my stuff like oil, grocery stuff, press, piggy banks. also my new 15 days used fridge also got damaged for which they already did insurance but now these people are not responding our call. Very poor n unsatisfactory servic because we also dn have time to call them again n again for our things.

I used their service for furniture transport. They took one month instead of 15 days for transport. They broke the furniture, the whole furniture was damaged in rain and four drawers of almirah are missing. Company person stopped receiving calls when held accountable and when we asked Rs.5000/- for damage compensation. The furniture costed me Rs. One lakh rupees completely wasted by them. Never use their service.

DO NOT TRUST OR USE THEIR SERVICE. No accountability or picking up calls. No response at all. The most pathetic n heartbreaking experience. They didn't even put “Fragile” tag on the parcel and in result it was broken n dented. I cant even imagine how they must have transported to get the product this damaged. I told them to wrap the glass they said no its okie nothing will happen. Unprofessional handled.

One of the worst shifting experience till date. I have shifted quite a few times and used this service for the first time and regretted it immensely. They sent few labours for packing who do not have any knowledge. Unpacking the boxes was a nightmare. I would suggest to book someone else with a brand value and experience even if the cost is higher. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Beware of these scammers ! they will open your parcel and steal things from inside. When questioned they become aggressive and start fighting . Then they say that government is in their pock et and can do what ever they want. We got looted by these people. EVERYONE PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE CHEATERS !!!

Highly unprofessional. Mr. Keyur shah behavior after taking service is unacceptable to any customers. He is using abusive language after getting money.. even they are taking deposit for packing items. They are not come back to take it. If I have a option for Nagative ranking I give it.
