I had very terrible experience on bringing my bike from Dhanagdhi to Kathamndu .It cost me around 5k but also i have to make call and sure whether it reached or not even though they told out they will call and also as if it was reached ,it was rainy day i told them to put my bike aside on some "wot lagnei thau" which they didn't do as by i reach there ...and the side glasses knots were missing on asking them they didn't got responsible for that.They also took my earlier and send it after a day ,didn't picked up phone for several times ..They are worst .don't trade with them.instead you can move for other ones options.
