I am giving it a one star as the place is permanently closed. Its not a movie theater anymore, it's just used as a warehouse now. Also some daily wage labor guys stay here as well. The theater complex is still there and is a huge one with some parking space.

First of all this is not a theatre , it used to be one. It's actually not difficult to spot but if you stood next to it and searched it you will be searching for a pvr theatre.It is an old building and nothing more.
