And having spent 10 years living in New York, we were looking for someone trustworthy and reliable who could help us and our old parents explore the beautiful state of Rajasthan. And I don’t think it could get better than this. Our driver was Mr. Chenaram, and he gave us the best travel experience. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, likeable, punctual etc. His car was stellar, extremely clean, well maintained. His driving was extremely safe. He was knowledgeable about the entire state, tourist spots, food places etc. and made good recommendations to us. Very flexible too. If you’re in Rajasthan or north India and need taxi service for a long distance tour or city sightseeing, this is the place to go.

Bad service provide by traveler. Before booking the travels first confirm with text msg which travel they're giving you. As my experience I was booked traveler for 15 person means 16 to 20 seater travels and they send me 10 seater traveler. Also take a note which side seen they are ready to showings in package , b'cose at the time they are turn the statement. Best way use auto riksha for side visit. It will to much affordable.

4 months ago I was on a trip to Jaipur for work, and I called and booked a cab from a them. They were very polite and responded quickly. Handled professionally. We met with our driver Shiva Ja, who was very helpful in showing us all the places All our demands were met by exceeding our expectations. Was very happy with their service, and would definitely be booking them again and will recommend to others as well.

Shiva Tour & Travels…is very professional tours and travels agency. Shiva ji is very polite guy. He arranged and handled our tour properly. Ajit and Suniya guided us and explained each and every point with their kind behaviour. They covered all places of jaipur ajmer and pushkar. The condition of vehicle was also good. weeks ago NEW Planned to travel to Jaipur and Agra from Pune for Diwali for four days Wanted to do sightseeing in Jaipur and visit Tajmahal. Very efficient service. I connected to them when I was stranded in Jaipur. Rajesh ji was my driver bhaiyya and he was superb. He showed us Rajasthan in 3 days, took good care of us and never showed any harshness. He also took us to best places for dining in Rajasthan.

We booked through this travel and paid the advance. They cancelled one day before the travel date and delayed our travel and caused a lot of pain. They refunded the advance amount after asking multiple times. Please do not book from here.

Worst service. Got less number of tickets than what I paid for. Concerned person didn't pay any heed to texts or calls. All this when you agree to pay them at their quoted price, without any bargain.

I had taken two days services of this travel agency I am fully satisfied and thankful for shiva travels and especially thankful to our driver Shiva who is a good person and wonderful guide too
