It was okay until I checked out and got home and realized two pairs of shoes that I have picked out one for my spouse the other for me were not in the two bags I bought eight pairs of shoes so that would have made it 10 so I didn't realize at the time that I didn't have them in my stuff but when I got home I was going to give them straight away to my boyfriend and they weren't there so I found the phone number online because it was not listed on the receipt nor was the address this store happened to be an hour away from where I live so I called them to let them know what happened my hands were full I was shopping the girl came over she asked if I wanted her to take the boxes to the register I told her yes that would be great she grabbed for the two pairs of shoes I'm talking about and the boxes started to collapse so she juggled with them and that's how I remember her grabbing them because I asked her do you have it and she said yes so now I have to drive 1 hour out of the way tomorrow to go grab my boyfriend his shoes and mine that I did not get hopefully the manager does put them aside for me as he said he would but he didn't sound very convincing on the phone

I like this store because of its wide variety. However, during my first (and last) visit I encountered an incredibly unprofessional associate. My wife and I were walking down one of the isles and towards the end of the isle was a cart with an employee sitting on it. I had to squeeze to pass by and saw the employee was playing games on her phone. My wife then tried to pass but because the passage was narrow she knocked a few things over. The employee never batted an eye. I told my wife to leave the items that fell and let the people who worked there do their jobs. The employee tried to have words but long story short, I shut her down. She knows she was wrong. Won’t be returning because of this employee but also the area that this store is located is rough and unsafe.

Bad customer service ever! We came here to find shoes for our toddler. This is her first shoes so we didn’t know which one is the best for her. We chose each style 1 pair, put on her feet, then compare. We did make the mess but we had to and thought we would put the rest back to their positions later so it would be ok. However, when we didn’t finish, the staff and the manager told us that “it’s not acceptable”, “you can not make the mess like that”. Although we said sorry for our mess, but the manager told her that she should kick us out. That’s not acceptable for you to talk to the customer like that when they tried to find their shoes!!

So much hypes during the weekends. Just walking by and you could hear the loud speaker announcing something inside. When you get inside, it's always some incredible sales you can't resists to take a peek. I only shop here for something specific not necessarily on sale. Spin the wheel is when you give them your email address to be on the mailing list. This would be great for families need lots of shoes. They often send out buy one get one half off coupons. There's still room for improvement.

Love the front desk assistant when you first arrive in the door...so welcoming and they walked all of us to the exact area of shoes...closed in flats for our graduating granddaughters and crocks for their Mom for work...as you can see they were able to get the pair they really wanted....the prices are so affordable...staffers were friendly...polite with big smiles and quite knowledge in each area of the store....great place to recommend to anyone!!!

Alright so I won't lie but the place does have a lot of shoes to offer anyone which is the reason I went here in the first place! The only problem I have is that some shoes that cost about $40-50 you find them here for $60-80 bucks which is just ridiculous! If you play your cards right with their buy 1 get another for 50% off you can save yourself a lot of money.. Besides that shop smart at this place or the prices here will make your wallet hate you....

Please save yourself some money i bough these shoes 5 DAYS ago for 90$ some Caterpillar work boots i am extremely dissapointed with my product i lost my receipt so im not shure what i can do at this point but to spend 90$ on work shoes one would expect them to last i pretty convinced that by now shoe carnival sells pre owned shoes that have been broke they just do simple fixes to them then sell them to you for 10$ less its not worth it Trust me

Poor customer service. I placed an order online and almost 6 hours later I went to pick up at the store and the woman told me my order wasn’t ready, I’ll have to come back tomorrow. I drove so far to be told that when the shoe I bought was already in the store? I told the woman I will go and pick out my shoe, which I did. She could have told me to hold on and have someone pick the shoe out.

Their service here sucks!they don’t let you return shoes that were tried on a kid to see if it fit!unless you agree to do an exchange or get store credit!Even if it’s the same day!!Just ridiculous!And don’t get me started on their rude manager with no good customer service.Just a bunch of confused,racial profiling,judging Hispanic little girls working here!

Shoe Carnival prices are a scam on most items. They increase the price so when they actually sell the item as suppose discount, is really not. Macys &JCPENNY do the same. Different stores have it for cheaper prices. When ya'll go buy certain items , make sure to compare the prices in google from other stores. But the staff gives good customer service.

We just came in heard this guy at the door talking to this other men that sounded like a private conversation, when a customer came up to him and he was rude to her so my sister told him so. He didn't like it so we turn around to leave and he said don't come back because it was his store. Never coming back to this store.

I would like to find the wide shoes much more easier. It was difficult locating them and was not much to select from. The labels are very small and I was not able to tell right away they where wide. However, I love there clearance selection cause we wear out shoes fast, so we are always buying shoes often.

For this store you have to wait for discount offers because the prices are similar than other stores. They don't have signs for women or men or children zones, you have to guess. The shoe boxes are so high and you feel like inside a movie laberint. Nice crew and help you when you ask them.

Great prices on good brand shoes. They have a good selection on the shoes except they could add more for the small kids. But other than that this is my place to go for shoes for myself and my baby. I hate going to the mall this store is more in and out quickly.

Greeted upon entrance. Friendly and helpful staff. Store was clean with a decent variety of shoes. Was able to find a last minute item with no issues.definitely Will be returning her again in the future.

Very nice place to buy shoes . Has a huge selection but the staff don't really help u. I asked them to tell me if it fits and they just said you tell me does it feel comfortable?

Very poor customer service. I bought shoes on sunday, i just wanted to change it to a smaller pair, but i lost the recipt. They didn't do that. The reason was that small stain.

Very friendly service. They always have specials and deals. Went to exchange with no receipt and had no problem at all. Parking doesn't look that safe but never had problems.

The posted sale prices are always wrong. I have visited other Shoe Carnival locations and never have this problem. So, I will go to another store from now on.

This locations has great customer service. The employees are young but very helpful and polite full of energy! I will for sure come back and shop.

With for addidas slides and didn't have size needed bbuuuutt I was able to something different plus I caught a good deal.

Haven't been to one of these in years however they have nice selection of shoes and the prices are okay.

Selection was good but staff was rude and very disrespectful when I wouldn't give them my number.
