Bad customer service - I was the only customer in the store and asked the salesperson if they carried a particular model of boots I'd had in the past, which he said they didn't. I asked how the fit compared to the model they did have and he said they were different. I asked to try on a pair of the ones they did have and he all but refused to let me, again saying that the fit was different (yes, you just said that, that's why I want to try them on). I guess they're just not that interested in selling shoes? I was there ready to shell out a couple hundred bucks and was basically turned away. I know retail is dying but it's usually the younger salespeople that seem like they don't care; this guy was older. I don't think I was dressed badly but maybe he thought I was there to steal? I really have no idea, but the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth.

I called the store to see if they had the size and shoe that I wanted. Josie answered the phone and checked for me and got my name and set them aside. When I got there she got the two sizes that I wanted to try. She gave me a pair and I said they were a little tight, so she measured both my feet to see exactly which size would be best for me. She told me that I could try them to be sure and bring them back because they have a right size guarantee. I bought them and have worn them to break them in and they are very comfortable. Josie was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

TLDR: don't listen to the salesperson, try on the shoes and make the choice YOU are comfortable with. I had a horrible experience with the shoe mill in Clackamas. This one wasn't much better. The guy kept yelling around the store that I have 2 different sized feet. He convinced me to buy a size higher than my "big foot" in the Hoka shoes I wanted. I did and they are not great. I've had them for months and slip out all the time. I've owned Hokas before and love them. It absolutely is horrible this is one of the few places you can find them.

I am so sad that I wanna buy 2 Hoka shoes for my mother in law and my mom. I stood inside the shop for almost 20 minutes and nobody come to ask me if I need any help? At first time I thought they were just busy and I could wait, but I saw they just skipped me and kept saying hello to new customers. Maybe my English is not good enough but I knew how to express what I need, especially the special gifts for my Mom. I am not angry but just disappointed

Very nice and knowledgeable staff! Wade was very patient and did the most to make sure I found the right shoes and insoles for my long nursing shifts. Came in here to try on some Hoka’s to see what all the hype was about. Turns out they also had BALA twelves that I’ve been trying to decide on as well. They were on also on sale and definitely more comfortable and a better fit than the Hoka’s for my feet. Thank you!!! :)

I got emotional last night thinking about my experience with Erik here. I have suffered with plantar fasciitis for a good decade now and he did what countless doctors and physical therapists tried to do over the years and that is cure me of my pain. As people with chronic pain know even having just an ounce of our pain alleviated can be life changing.

Just left this location after receiving some amazing help from Eric. Not only was he a hoot and fun to work with/learn from, but he was also very knowledgeable about my issue and really helped me understand which options would help with the problem I have been having with my feet! Spectacular service from Erik! Measured both feet (not just one), adjusted the fit of my new shoes, educated me (72 year old guy) on the effects on my sole of having a longer second toe. Perhaps most important: he owns SIX pairs of my favorite shoe: Chaco sandals!

Great experience here. I hate shoe shopping to the point that my shoes typically disintegrate before I am forced to get new ones. Wade was super helpful and knowledgeable, and got me set up with a few new pairs of shoes and out the door quickly.
