I was at this store last night, found a pair of shoes at the sale table, box had the sale tag, shoes matched the box, when I went to pay Marcos told me he couldn't sell the shoes to me because it was a mistake, the shoes shouldn't have been marked down, he advised to take a picture of the box and sent me to the foot locker store to ask for a price match, I left, came back and told him I wanted to buy the shoes, he said he could sell them for full price, I asked to speak with a manager and he said he was, I don't know if that's true he wasn't wearing a name tag, I asked if he could please override the price and he said no in a very defiant way and was looking down at me, I wasn't asking for anything crazy, I'm a reasonable buyer and I have the picture to prove it. I asked if the store was independently owned and he said two people own it. I hope someone does something to fix this and maybe teach Marcos the value of customer service.

My corporate bought me a pair of shoes for our OM conference from The Shoe Palace. They were too small and I had no receipt. Danny the Manager not only did he exchange them, but because I use a size 16...he ordered a pair online for me. They were actually on sale so I had an additional credit that I used to buy 2 pair of slides for my sons. Danny is what a manager is supposed to be. Extremely helpful, communicative, and extremely professional. He knows the value of great customer service. I am not a fan of mall shopping, but Danny made this experience worth coming back to the mall just to shop at the Shoe Palace. Thank you so much Danny. 10 stars for you and your store. You are doing a great job...above and beyond.

I recently had a negative experience with this store and had given them a negative rating however my experience and opinion has now changed drastically. I proceeded to inform the corporate office of my experience and got a direct phone call from a company executive by the name of Chris Sarkisian the very next morning. He proceeded to call the store manager and got me my return in a matter of minutes. He was very personable and apologized profusely while explaining to me that this was not how they do business. This man knows the importance of exemplary customer service and I will most definitely give my business back to this company in the future. Thank you Chris!

Wyatt is terrible , he’s horrible to customers and his employees. When I went in, he didn’t take care of me at all after trying to get me to buy sneakers , He really was rude and had attitude, he kept pushing his employees on me after he didn’t wanna give me proper customer service , then he went to back room and never came out on the floor I left right away and discovered there was another shoe palace , I was helped by Mateo and his team! Super great customer service , i got 2 pairs of sneakers and some shoe cleaner ! DO BETTER WYATT

Employees are EXTREMELY rude to customers and raffles are only open to friends of employees. You will be disregarded as soon as you walk in. Don't waste your money here there are much better options in this mall such as finish line, champs, and foot locker. No one should have to be treated in this manner when there are much friendlier options especially when you are going to spend $200 on a pair of shoes.

You might think paying more that $40 is to much but it's your feet up to your back that will pay if you don't think about your shoes and the quality. Yes you can get the same shoes here at others but I like the prices . I was willing to pay 100 but the shoes were on sale and my feet and back thank me. I shopped here before and I came back mostly due the price and customer service.

They said they didn't have the shoes I found the she's found the shoes one of the women there told me to go home and get the size call back and they do what of the shoes I called back and the woman wasn't very nice to me and said that they don't do that she was the manager so I am never going back there again and I ordered online and it was a much nicer experience than going there

Place wasn't that busy and there were employees who ignored us and I had to seek assistance. When I finally did, the man acted like I had inconvenienced him and yelled at someone then pointed at us. The young man who finally did help us was nice and helpful but unfortunately didn't make up for the other 4 people standing around ignoring customers. I took my business elsewhere.

Went in asking for some converse,the young associate went to the back to grab me a pair. He never came out, On top of that the music is ridiculously loud and its not even censored. There were children in there. I will never take my buisness there, they let a sale walk right out. Guess who went to journey's that day. Also it smelled like eggrolls in there.

They sold me some shoes that were dirty form the bottom and the shoes had wrinkles when I got home and I noticed it. When I wanted to return the shoes they wouldn’t take them back because supposedly they were used ( I never wore the shoes) and the lady was being rude and wouldn’t understand what I was telling her!

Great place and nice shoes but I had a bad experience today inside of the coronado mall 2 shoes palace store the 1s one one of the ladies was kinda rude and just left and the 2 nd the lady was ignoring me I asked for some help and barely talked to me she felt like a queen. That’s was a terrible customer service .

It was my first time shopping in this store, and I couldn't figure out what shoes I wanted, but they didn't have my size in the one's I did want. All the employees were very helpful, unlike the people at footlocker who just stand around. I'm pretty sure this will be my new go-to store for Shoe's

Excellent place for high quality shoes. I purchased one pair of Adidas walking shoes and I'm needing another pair. Went in and the staff were fantastic showing me what they have, same brand pricing great. I highly recommend Adidas Ultraboost. Check it out.

I was happy with the service until checkout when I was asked to show my ID for a 20 dollar purchase. Pretty hilarious since I have spent over a grand in Albuquerque over the last couple of days and this was the only time I was asked! Buying some socks!

I will only give 1 star, because I have to. PLEASE WHEN BUYING SHOES FROM HERE CHECK SIZE. EVEN IF THEY CHECK IT IN FRONT OF YOU. I RECIEVED 2 DIFFERENT SIZES. THEY REFUSE TO FIX THERE MISTAKE. I HAVE IT ALL ON VIDEO. I WISH I COULD POST IT..

This store has really turned around! The product is excellent, the staff is knowledgeable, and the managers are incredibly helpful. They will definitley be seeing me again in the near future!

Very disappointed. They don't have anything to measure feet and if they don't have the exact size for kids they don't even try to see if other sizes would work. Lazy sales people.

Staff tried to sell only one brand of shoes. Got upset if you wanted any other brand. Music was playing so loud you could not even hear each other talk.
