I had the utmost best experience here. I came looking for a pair of work shoes, my current ones were hurting my feet. Pedro assisted me, after he realized my shoes were spanking new, he assessed my feet, and determined what I needed wasn’t a different pair of shoes. I needed an orthopedic sole. Pedro recommended me a few soles, I put them on and immediately noticed the difference. Instead of spending 150 on a brand new pair of shoes I bought a high end orthopedic for under half the price! Needless to say it extremely happy and thankful for the revelation. The staff here care about their clients. They’re the best ! I walked out feeling like family. I was on the hunt for a specific pair of UGG slippers for my daughters. After hunting and hunting with no luck, I stumbled across Shoe Village and they had exactly what I needed. I ordered two pairs and they were shipped that day, and my package came extremely fast. Unfortunately there was a little hiccup in the process and only one pair was shipped. These shoes were brand new! The soles were coming off on their own already and one wash rips the soles off completely! Don’t trust their quality. It’s evident. And if you really look at their Nike stuff, it looks like they could have been purchased at the Nike Clearance Store. Beware! Never going back here ever again.

Got the Ugg Tazz here. The color and size were sold out everywhere else, but Shoe Village had them. Definitely suggest going in person or calling to ask for sizes and colors because their store has more options than their website :) ended up picking up 3 pairs of different uggs here!
