Really uncomfortable first experience. Worst manager! EVER! I just went in there to buy a pair of work shoes which i really wanted. One of their employees guided me and helped me find the right pair which were really comfy. I was having a really good time there until the manager stepped and started to talk rudely to the employee who was helping me and asked him to move out from that area. I totally respected that decision thinking it might be because he wanted the employee to attend other customers even though it wasn’t that busy! But once again when the employee came back to me with the shoe I requested for me,!he stepped back in and demanded the employee not to see him in that area anymore where I was. Ever since that i started to get really uncomfortable seeing him and just wanted to leave the store as soon as possible but as i got to the tills with my shoes and a memory foam , this manager asked me to BRING HIM BACK the shoe I requested (which i forgot about and which i left it near the shoe section) as if i put it in my bag or something! That WAS HONESTLY BAD. Like really bad. If he had said that in a normal or polite way i wouldn’t mind taking it back for him because when they asked me not to enter the store with my coffee and when back out and finished it and then came back because i respected that request. I have never experienced anything like this before and just because of that i put all my stuffs in front of the till and left (at which point he was trying to be polite or nice) I dont know how he became a manager if he cant manage the one thing he’s got to( To be nice to customers and provide them with the best customer journey)

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Horrible customer service, the manager is ridiculous. I wore my shoes for 3 hours, start getting a horrible pain in my foot (they're perfect size for my feet), go in, they ask me to come back when the manager is in. Manager tells me to go wait at the tail. Makes me wait there 10 minutes, comes back, tells me he doesn't know what to do, to go to another store. The store is closing so he tells me to go away. Ridiculous. Seriously, I would recommend to put your money in the rubbish can than go into this store - you'll end up a winner saving time.

I never write reviews but today was absolutely dreadful! The new manager had a face like thunder not welcoming in the slightest. He was dictating towards the staff whenever they offered to assist me as I have mobility difficulties. On top of that I had to persistently inform the cashier not to take my email address for the £5 next time purchase? What an absolutely forced and poor sense of customer service. I honestly would like to take today’s distress further, such an uncomfortable experience.

I bought one shoe ,but very uncomfortably. I did use cuple of minutes only in the house. I tried bring back in the shop , because I don't need, really very uncomfortably. I told for the lady give me back the money please. She told me : No! What the hell??? I didn't use and don't get back my money. Never more shoezone never never

Slightly curious that Shoe Zone doesn't appear to stock shoe laces. How odd? I'd have thought it's a great way to tempt people back into the store to buy more shoes. Black, brown and grey in different lengths should probably do it :)

We bought 3 days ago a shoe wich was uncomfortable and we found an other wich was more better. So today we bringed back for the money. One of the seller didn't told nothing, just waved with head "no".

The manager was extremely rude to me and treated me like a slave when I was working there for work experience, I recommend that no one goes there anymore, they'll be loosing money if they doffer.

This store needs some serious air freshener.....went in and it just stank of feet and sweat! The staff do not engage with customers, offer assistance or anything that involves human interaction.

New African manager rude and abusive towards staff and customer and bully , have no customer service skills and people skills . Should be given training for being polite and well manner.

Was asked for email address to send me my receipt and a voucher and have ended up with 10 emails that I don't need. Soon as I have used my voucher will be sending to SCAM EMAIL address

Shoe Zone offers inexpensive and comfortable shoes. As well as shoes, they sell bags, gloves etc. A good variety offer and the store staff are friendly and helpful.

The sales assistants were very helpful. I just found tbat there was not a great variety of school shoes for boys.

Still waiting for a refund been nearly 2weeks. They said it will get refund back onto my card still waiting !!!
