Very bad service! We made an appointment for vaccination against covid and flu. We arrived on time. We were told to wait. after 30 minutes, when we lost patience and made ourselves known once again, the pharmacist, who had been looking at us all this time and continued to do something at the table, finally came up to us and gave us a form to fill out that we filled out online when we made the apointment. Finally, my husband stumbled into the office. The doctor wanted confirmation that we were vaccinated 2 years ago (in our homeland) and left. We waited another 25 minutes and, having lost my last patience, I called him and asked what was happening. He began to explain that he wanted confirmation of the two-year vaccination, which was shipped and done in another country! After an hour of waiting we received nothing and we didn't get vaccinated! for a whole hour he spent 5 minutes on us without doing anything! I work at a school and I will have to miss work days until I get vaccinated and I have already spent this time on the visit too. very bad experience. I will not come to this pharmacy again and will warn everyone.

I was very disappointed with this location. I came in to ask a question to an associate regarding a return, but she looked uninterested and bothered by my question. I was just asking about how their return policy works for products that are damaged (in this case I was returning a Life Brand product which had a quality money back guarantee on the box). She wasn't really sure and told me that the product can only be returned at the location I bought it from which makes no sense. Suppose I bought a product from a Shoppers Drug Mart in Montreal but wanted to return it in Toronto, would I have to go back to the Montreal location just to make a return? Additionally, she said it could only be returned within 30 days (again, not true) but she had no way on confirming as I did not have a receipt with me. I decided to go to the Shoppers Drug Mart down the road on McCowan and Ellesemere and they were able to answer my questions politely and even gave me the store credit on a gift card for the returned item. Safe to say that this location is not a good one and I will not be returning unless absolutely necessary.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS PHARMACY!! My doctor forgot to put no substitutions for name brand on my prescription, so the pharmacy gave me generic (understandable) and my father picked up my prescription for me before I could call the pharmacy to make sure I got the name brand. When I called them they told me it was picked up already and that it was generic, so I told the pharmacist that I needed the real version and he started arguing with me and tried to tell me that pharmacies don't even carry the brand name (which I've been getting from other pharmacies for 20 years) and I asked if my father could return the unopened, untouched, still in the stapled bag medication so I could get my $70 back and get the proper medication from another pharmacy and he just kept making excuses so I hung up on him. So now I have 3 months worth of useless medication and I'm out $70. DON'T GO THIS PHARMACY!

I was at this location on September 15, 2019. I went for something specific, when I got home I discovered, after almost giving it to my kids, that a different product was in the box. When I went back and explained, the person at the cash said I needed to come back the next day because she can't exchange it. I went to the Ellesmere location and the cashier there said that didn't make sense, as there is always a supervisor. She called and she was right. The treatment I received even when I went back, after she called, was unacceptable and extremely disappointing- even worse it was night time. If I come out at night to rectify the problem, then I must have needed it. Save yourself and drive to Scarborough town area if you need a Shoppers. Not everyone is a thief or trying to scam. Horrible experience, maybe it was because I wasn't yelling and making scene.

Horrible experience. The people working in the pharmacy are horrible. I ordered my medication refill using the telephone option on the Friday. The message stated my order would be ready on the Saturday after 4pm. Went on the Monday to pickup my order and it wasn't ready. I had to wait an additional hour for my medication after listening to excuse after excuse from the staff. Also my doctor sent a prescription to this pharmacy on Monday and on Tuesday I went to pickup this order and they had no idea what I was talking about. The person behind the counter said she hadn't check the messages from the previous day as yet. So no medication. And still waiting. Seriously?

I had a really bad experience today at the eglinton avenue shoppers durg mart..i went there with my ttc post secondary card to change my adult fare into post secondary fare. I told her to change the fare status after a min she told me that i was okay to load my student fare by myself . When i load a monthly my pass i came to know that it is still showing the adult monthly fare and also charge me 15 dollar extra for this monthly pass...how can a person be so careless about the transactions or person enquiry...at the end she handover me the receipt of someone else

Horrible pharmacy. First time I was there when I moved into the area he refused to accept Ontario works to cover my medication. Second time I was there a doctor faxed him my prescription and they said they never received it after I double checked with the doctor that it was sent. Don’t go to this location, instead there is a shoppers located further south at Danforth and Eglinton that offers much better customer service. The two problems I mentioned were resolved at this other location no problem. But stay away from this one!

After a horrible experience with my prescription at the Kennedy and Lawrence location I will only come back to this place. Pharmacist at this location basically had to run the other location over the phone to simply add my new insurance coverage. They wanted me to pay upfront at the other location, and he was able to figure it out in no time. Don't even bother buying eggs or milk at the other location, they might have a problem with your payement, nevermind your actually important prescriptions!!

Came at 9:20 waited outside the door because it was locked for some reason and the workers kept staring at me as a I was signalling to open it and just stared . Got mad so I left to the fresco next door for infection medication . Called them 1 min later and asked them why the hell they did that and they didn’t even know their doors were locked and the lady was showing me attitude for no reason, I didn’t think I’d have to ask shoppers to open their doors past opening time

I would avoid this pharmacy. Perhaps they are understaffed, but whenever I have filled a prescription it takes upwards of 40 minutes. Also one of my medications is on “back order” so they will only fill one month supply at a time. Never mind the inconvenience of coming back every month, they also intend to charge a 11.99 dispensing fee every month! Even though my prescription is for three months. That’s an extra $24 for a three month supply. They just lost a customer.

This location is lacking in having a variety of products. The sale stickers are rarely changed. This location needs more cashiers during the day because alot of people come here to exchange lottery tickets. This location could also consider self checkouts like the other SDM locations to move things along faster and rid of some cashiers at the same time. More merchandisers who can properly change sale stickers would also be helpful to do.

today by 6.45 pm(sept 15,2019) ..i purchased something also i ask the cashier to check my lotto max so she said you can check at the machine so i do not want to go back to machine because i already paid something that is on my hand. this is the a first time i have like that bad experience.I look at her name batch its show "cashier supervisor " but i did not focus on the name ..................wow unbelievable.

This is the best Shoppers in central Scarborough. Staff and Management are generally polite and helpful (no one is perfect of course), and that's a rarity in the Shoppers these days. To the Management and Staff: Keep up the good work. You're not the largest or best stocked Shoppers in the area, but you make up for that in sound customer service.

I like to shop at any shoppers drugmart. Staff are helpful. This location is right at the corner of Mc Cowan and Lawrence East. It just walking distance to Scarborough general hospital and close to Rose of Lima Catholic church. I always buy at shoppers because I love collecting points from PC optimum. I wait whenever there is a 20 x the points.

Feel so confused with them. Need to refill my medications yet I dont know where I am supposed to go. Was always 685 mccowan. Now when I go to do my refills via app its coming up 2650 lawrence. And What Happens With My P.O. Box??? No advance notice whatsoever. Wouldve been nice to be told they were relocating (If they had). Shameful

They do not return call, especially when they say they will call back in 15 min. I supoose to get supply for mum, called monday was told will call back here come wed no call. Finally I called and was told will again they will call in 15 min. No call until Friday then I called and was told the supplies are there.

Why have you increased your eggs from $3.29 to $3.49? Seniors rely on staples like eggs and live on very fixed incomes. You are making record profits yet you have completely lost your heart. Guess I will be taking my business to Rexall as they have a better egg and butter deal now. Shame on you.

If you say open till 12AM and close the doors 10-15 mins earlier than just change the timings on website accordingly. Many people come from far away as not many options are available for late night shopping and if someone is driving far at late night means they need something urgent.

Today I came to post office inside the Drug mart, ripe to open at 9am, but main door open at 9:05am, all staff are enter st 9am. This practice is not good idea, a staff are supposed to come before 9am and open the door at 9am for next time please. This is for the manager

The pharmacy team are wonderful! They greet me by name and are always happy to answer any questions. The store is clean and well stocked. The cashiers are always friendly and efficient. I often drive past other Shoppers stores to come to this my favourite one!

I was having difficulty finding the right tensor band and I was so kindly helped by an associate. She went above and beyond and I was so pleasantly surprised to have her assistance!! Two thumbs up - still thinking about my experience today! Thanks to all.

Nice people here always help you with the stuff you want to have and tell you everything if you are new and don't give many problems to customers in the store. If you ask them anything they just don't give a random answer instead they ask

Went to the pharmacy this morning to get a flu shot, was told it's only available from 12-5 after waiting for 15 mins. Maybe change the sign to read from what time to what time its available instead of saying flu shots available here. So

Watch out for photo service. If you are looking for taking photos for pr or passport purpose don't try it. They are not professional. They get double the price & the photos were rejected by IRCC because of shadow. My recommendation for

Small, clean, post office is sometimes slow. Low cash out staff so backlog on the kiosks for self checkout. I also don’t see them cleaning the self check out often enough during Covid. Convince in a pinch but there are better locations

Bought life brand vaporizer but when unboxed, it seems to be already used by some one. Very unprofessional approach from shoppers drug mart staffs. Please double check such products before taking it home as it can spread viruses.

Poor and understaffed pharmacy. Made me wait one hour for a prescription which I ordered a day before and had also already paid for. Although the rest of the storr is pretty chill, the pharmacy gave me a very bad experience .

Got my second COVID 19 vaccine from them few minutes back and they are awesome. Call was promptly answered, they checked me in easily, easy shot, easy out. all done within few minutes. loved it! Thank you Shaikh and team.

Very poor customer service, terrible staff. I waited at the counter for over ten minutes. There were two female staff in the pharmacy at the other side of the counter. Both saw me and totally ignored me. So I walked away.

Unhelpful and unfriendly. When asked which COVID vaccine they were administering, the response was a shrug. When I pressed, they just said they didn't know, rather than actually investigate to find out.

Remi is an amazing sales lady she has helped us so much and had guided us to have the best product I have never seen such an amazing sales person in any shoppers drug store! Hats off to Remi :)

Employees were nice. Came in to look for something specific and asked an employee (asian guy) that was restocking/organizing shelves. He was friendly and pointed out to me exactly where it was.

Good luck in getting through to the pharmacist via phone! This pharmacy is hot and cold..sometimes they are good, sometimes they stink!...some of the highest dispensing fees as well!

By far the worst experience of my life, when I was picking up my prescription the man at the counter was so rude that he made me cry. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all.

Pretty nice store and clean but the pharmacist was misleading and did not bother to assist me and seemed to be in a rush which is unfortunate. Will not come back here again.

Next to the td bank, this shopper’s drug mart has canada post and serves a variety of products. Cashier Swetha and sahil were good at service.

The pharmacist has great customer service skills. Very clean overall...

Staff are slow and disorganized but eventually get the job done.
