I would like to formally and seriously file a complaint to this location‘s manager/ supervisor here ( An Asia female around 5.2 feet , with pronunciation J as the name as I recall ) . For one thing, she has a strong discrimination to a pregnant Asia woman when I am asking for help for the Shopper Drug Mart ‘s products. Secondly, I would like to point out her unprofessional services and incorrect direction to customers. I am a loyal customer and I frequently shop online for my products. It is my first time to go to this location to ask for help for my refunds that I am incorrectly ordered. This is what my experience with in this Shoppers Drug Mart’s unprofessional staff. On May 03, 2023 Wednesday afternoon at around 5:20PM – 5:45PM, I am off to go to this location. At first, the receptionist offers me the help, however, she is unable to access to do refunds as her level is not reached so the girl calls her supervisor to come. My unpleasant story is beginning. The female supervisor stares at me and impatiently asks my invoice. Very quickly, she throws back my invoice and says I need to have the physical reward point card to do the refunds even the phone number is not help. I tell her I have always using my phone numbers to do refunds and this impolite supervisor begins to tease me I haven’t the knowledge to the point card and shopping rule of the store. Seriously?! What’s more, she throws back the products at me! And yells at me to bring the physical point card to here if want the refunds. ( after leaving this store, I check my point card profile I do have the phone numbers link to the card) . I am questioning why this staff is so unprofessional to know the shopping rule of her company. Because I have an urgent appointment so I don’t have the argument with her. In the end, I have refunded my products on another Shoppers. I hope Shoppers can train the staff professionally and especially, PLEASE DO NOT THROW BACK YOUR PRODUCTS to your customers. I will continue to file my complaint on other social media until I have received your email or any feedback to this issue. Honestly , I have never had such a bad experience with Shoppers . This location’s supervisor should go back to the junior position to learn how to serve the customers and when you begin to talk with a customer, please think about what you should talk and action. More importantly, you should know well your company’s policy. Isn’t it should be your responsibility to do that ?

Other products are fine but never take ID photos here unless it is a real emergency; otherwise, you will be soooo upset and disappointed about the result. Even though the staff is friendly (she said that "you look so cute like a barbie doll in the photo"), I look like 40 years old in the photo (I am 27 now)--the photo is soooo realistic--too realistic so that it will reveal or even exaggerate every single flaw of you. I never realized that I have so obvious Nasolabial folds, dreamy puffy eyes, and so big eye bags--I was so shocked when I see the photo but as she seems to be in a hurry I didnt ask her to give me another shot. I can use my nonprofessional cellphone ask my non-technical grandma give me a random shoot and it would be better than the photo she took me. After two days I felt so bothered that I took another photo at Crystal Mall--they charge 4 dollars less but gave me a much nice-looking photo.Seriously, you should look the photo that my grandma gives me by random chance. Much better looking and looks normal. I don't expect any beautify effect, but I feel being on that camera, my face looks uglier than ever. I know we don't use passports often, but 1 single passport works for 10 years, and you are paid for $12 for a single photo, which takes you less than 3 min, it is better to make it look not so ugly, right? Also, I share a very common hobby just like everyone else, which is: collecting personal used ticket and IDs, even if they are expired. Every time, when I look that passport, I am not just looking at the photo itself, I am also looking at who was I 10 years ago when I came here. I know I was younger, but I also know that I am not suppose look that old during my age. Do you know how depressing it looks? A good photo, not just look nice, but encourages people each single time when she looks at it. A bad photo, on the other hand, reveals people's weak spot instead. In addition, if I really look that bad, why would you called me "barbie doll", which elevated my expectation but then gives me a really bad photo; this large gap between what you say and what you gives me is not that "comfortable" as it should be. It's better than saying nothing at all. If you attitude is like "professional photos intends to be ugly for an ordinary person"; that's the way for everyone, then I would be actually fine. I am really not sure what to expect now.

Lost my dignity, got yelled at, and left emotionally and physical distressed I walked in, sick with severe cold, had a half an hour commute, and realized I may be on my period. So I rushed to the nearest Shoppers drug Mart. I talked to a lady working for the cosmetic section and asked if I could use the washroom to check if I had my period or not. She gave me a hard glance and said there was no public washroom. I was already on the brink of distress, but she showed no sign of sympathy. I felt helpless, defeated, and ignored. She did not treat me with a shred of customer appreciation, a shred of humanity. I bought a box of pads and left to find another washroom as soon as possible. But I had already stained my underpants and pants. Already damaged and distressed, I went back to the store to find some form of apology. Instead, I'm met by with her reluctance to give me her name, proceeding to walk out. Another man, who was working for Shoppers although he was not wearing Shoppers clothing, started to condescendingly retort, "YOU'RE COMPLAINING BECAUSE THERE WAS NO WASHROOM?". He proceeds to repeatedly yell that at me in front of everyone. Already mentally distressed, I started crying. At which point he simply brushed me off. The other employees in the store proceeds to give me the cold shoulder. The assistant manager obligingly giving me the corporate treatment, apologizing that there is no washroom. But it wasn't about the washroom, it was about being treated like a human and given some sympathy. After the assistant manager apologized about no public washroom, I walked out the store again, knowing I wasn't going to get my point across. However, I was already sick and distressed enough to cause a 10 minute nosebleed. The picture below is taken at 5:45 of the aftermath of my nosebleed. So by now, I was crying and bleeding in the washroom. I don't think I would been put through so much emotional and physical distress if it wasn't for the poor behavior of these Shoppers drug Mart employees. Please encourage employees to be sympathetic and discourage employees banding up against a customer.

I have been a customer of the pharmacy at this location since 2016 or 2017. Since then I have tried my best to intentionally only deal with a select three pharmacists, named Gary and Vivian. Both of whom are very helpful and very clear in their communications. And not only that both Gary and Vivian have big hearts of gold and when they express care about their patients they truly do. However the pharmacy manager, named david wong, has a SEVERE attitude problem and treats myself and my friend that is also a patient there as if we are not human and as if we are mere numbers and as if we are wasting his time. And he also speaks very unnecessarily fast and he mumbles as if he has food in his mouth. I tried to talk with him last Saturday and could not make out anything he was saying, as he was talking way to fast and his annunciation was very poor. And when I tried to offer him constructive criticism and feedback about his speaking manners tonight, he became very defensive and gave me a bunch of excuses of having a tooth ache on Saturday. And then he claimed he had ' 17 people waiting to be helped last Saturday night. I said 17 people at 20 minutes to close ( 9:40pm ) on a Saturday night? I don't think so! So I asked him why he did not let me know that, and why he did not let me know of his tooth problem and ask me if I could call back. Instead of doing the right thing of understanding my experience, he became uptight and claimed that he was just trying to help me.I suggested to him that if he took the time to slow down his speech and enunciate better then he would be helping everyone. I let him know that he was talking the exact same way again tonight, and he just became defensive again. It is too bad that he is the manager of the pharmacy and has SUCH Poor customer service skills. Hey david, why not try to slow down your speech and work on improving your annunciation and articulate yourself in a much more clear fashion and then you would be helping the customers. Give that a try, as you will be helping customers then.

Pharmacy at this Shoppers Drug Mart is awful. I asked for help on a product after I could not find it. Went to the counter and asked for help as the Pharmacy Assistant was in the counter (she is asian, has a foreign English accent and on her name tag that says she speaks Russian or some language like that). Lo and behold, not only is she lazy but she just said, if it's not out there, then we don't have it. So I asked if she can check the database. She pretends she is searching. It took her 5 minutes to pretend that she is finding the item (her definition of finding something is actually looking on a piece of paper of what she was working on prior to me asking and continues to look and type from the paper. Then, decides to play with me by pressing the space bar key for 1 minute to pretend she is working). Really? Not only is she lazy but has no work ethic. How did she get this job? I don't know. Regardless, the rest of the staff members that included a short Asian man with large cystic acne and pus on his skin, with thick and dark Ray Ban glasses and wears a UBC pharmacist lab coat was just literally joking out loud with another female staff members all throughout. Seriously, the entire Pharmacy staff does not work and it appears to me that they take this job a joke). I thought it was just me that experienced this but I am not surprised there is another person here complaining. I left and went a few blocks up to go to London Drugs and staff were more than happy to help me.

Shopping here has never made me feel so racially profiled in my life. Security singled me out to follow me around and stare at me. I notice that I'm the only poc. He kept leaning over me at the edge of my personal space counting the items in my hands and made me feel like a thief. Makes me sick. I felt so intimidated and upset by it that a week later I still feel this way. Do I need to point out that this against the law, and that there is resources online to show people exactly how to file a complaint with the Human Rights Tribunal if one should feel that they are being profiled by security guards? I'm disgusted that they think this is acceptable loss prevention. by the way, if I come into your store and you're targeting certain people while they shop, you're probably losing thousands because it creates a distraction for real thieves to work and they're already taking advantage of how short-sighted these guys are. Don't be fooled into thinking that people cannot act to this type of abuse. People should be filming these encounters because they should not be allowed to get away with it.

Came here today ( January 11) at around 11 am to buy a mask. Let the security guard know that I was here for the mask. I asked the lady where to buy it and she freaked out for not having a mask and trying to make a scene which was beyond embarrassing. All I asked was, "do I buy the mask first before shopping?" and she is telling me I should just leave if I don't bother with a mask.. All I did was ask a question, she snaps and makes a scene over nothing. I don't know her name but my description of her is, older Caucasian female with brunette hair. The cashier was nice enough and I let it go but it bothered me a great deal and it took a lot out of me to not lose my cool. I have been coming here for years and this was the first time I experienced this behavior. If there was a silver lining to this is, I went to rexall for my items and I got them at a lower price that came with a respectful friendly customer service. That and reading the reviews here makes me realize that I am not the only one here who experienced terrible customer service at shoppers Drug Mart.

  • Grishma Khurana

The staff is soo rude, especially the lady with short hair and glasses. Store closes at 10pm but this doesn’t mean that the customers who are already in the store and having their stuff ready to be billed in their hand will not be entertained after 10pm. It was exactly 10.02pm and we were waiting in the line to get our stuff billed but the cashier, merchandiser and their supervisor refused to bill the stuff because they gave a reason that they have to come again to work at 8am in the morning. They were so rude and were really kicking out the customers. I have never seen such a staff at shoppers drug mart who disrespects and yells at their customers. If customers are polite with you, you should be polite with them too. But they were so frustrated and behaved so rude. Is this kind of customer service they provide?Disgusting. Thou I had a good experience with beauty boutique every time I visited, I will never recommend anyone to visit their front store. Worst staff ever seen.

have to leave 1 star and actually not qualify at all. I called ahead of time asking if the store take coupon from manufacture, the HSY girl said yes, and I drove all the way down, and she just decline to me at store, saying that after discount you only pay 20 cents for a box of tissue, which not make any sense. I have no clue what she was talking about, the coupon is from manufacture, the price is set up by shoppers themselves, how would I know if its make sense or not?? Horrible customer service and rude employees. I will never visit this store anymore. the supervisor name is HSY, the other merchandiser also a loser and just wanna save his boss a few cents and get raise for his poor service. what a loser. Again, I dont give a shxt about couple of cents money, what I care was their rude attitude and ugly face for lying to customer, that the worst experience for me with shoppers.

  • Pooja Rani

Terrible cashier in the cosmetics section (12/12/2020). Went in to exchange a perfume, was waiting for help and then another customer walked in and cashier completely ignored me and went to help her instead....when I was waiting there first. When I finally got some help I decided I just wanted a refund instead of an exchange because I don’t want to support this poor customer service. The cashier would not give me a refund for my perfume and she even told me to come back on Monday to talk to her manager! Finally the guy who had first sold me the perfume (Yash) came to help and agreed to give me the refund...despite this girl cashier still trying to get him to not refund me. Not impressed at all with her customer service and her bias of helping another white customer over me. Yash provided wonderful customer service when selling me the perfume and when I returned for a refund!!

  • Tiiramasu Sky

Staff here is extremely rude and the security was peeking around the corners at me, long haired man followed me as well, stood behind me when I was checking out only watching me. I asked him if they had bags, he told me at the front. When I went to grab the bag another worker started taking my things, I tried to say excuse me but she ignored me, when she finally realized she asked why I was "hollering" at her, I was speaking normally.... Even though the other worker who profiled me was right behind me watching me like a hawk. I'm a full time worker an just got off work, I was barely in the store for 10 minutes got my items and went to check out to pay normally never had this experience at any other shoppers. Why are your staff treating normal customers like this; do better.

  • Pink 0000

The sales ladies in a cosmetic area always be too suspicious at people who wanted to buy cosmetics. Most of the occassion, all my purchases (cosmetics) were always taken to the cashier. They didnt give any chance for me to go around and compare. And plus what do they know if i wanted to buy more stuff? I feel like an unwanted customer and they are happy to "gef rid" of me as long as i paid the bill. This is not only once or twice but many times i encountered the same treatment. Other staffs in the cashier areas are totally friendly -- dont get me wrong. It is just those two ladies in cosmetics area. In the end i cancelled another purchase as i was led to an exit door.... this is the only branch -- so far, that is not treating customer nicely. I am disappointed.

  • Denis Pratt

I don't think customer service exists here. I went upstairs to the pharmacy to pick up some drugs and I wanted to check with the pharmacist to see if the drugs I was planning to buy could be taken together. A girl at the counter who was not a pharmacist told me to wait. I asked her about how long the wait will be, and she looked extremely annoyed, rolled her eyes and brushed her hand to a direction and told me to wait. It was as if I asked a vulgar question when I was only inquiring about how long the wait would be, as no one else was lining up there. When the pharmacist finally became available, she was also impatient and did not seem to care about my concerns. If was as if I should just help myself and get the drugs, pay and get out of there. Despicable.

  • Devin-Rae Cararro

REALLY PREJUDICED STUBBORN AND RUDE STAFF I went in to buy lactose pills, said hi to the makeup lady at the entrance (or wtv she was). After a few mins I realized they sent security to follow me around the store for no reason other than "i was dressed suspiciously" as he told me when i asked why. This is ridiculous because I just walked in and purchased everything like a normal customer. Even after security apologized for the mistake, the lady shouted at me and called me a thief when i left the store. For clarification i was wearing a vintage carhartt jacket, blue jeans, designer white sneakers and a black beanie. I fail to see what was so suspicious about that to warrant being followed by security. Staff at this store are lame prejudiced clowns.

From the Vancouver Heritage Foundation’s Mid-Century Modern map: McCarter & Nairne designed numerous downtown office buildings during the 1950s for financial institutions, and the Imperial Bank building (now Shoppers Drug Mart) is the finest of the few survivors. This striking structure is composed of an office block of white Vermont marble supported around the perimeter by elliptical black granite columns that seems to float above the glassed-in space. Inside is a stunning Venetian glass mosaic mural by artist B.C. Binning, celebrating British Columbia’s industries, crafts, and natural resources. Stretching 44 feet across, the mosaic required more than 200,000 pieces of glass to complete.

Completely ignored and was pretty much urged to leave. The three staff women that were by the tills were having the loudest conversations and swearing with no shame. No one inquired if I was finding everything okay or even a greeting. The young female staff member continuously swore and yelled about her stories. When I went to purchase the items, the same young female gave me a very dry “hey” scanned my items and slapped my receipt on my items. Didn’t even ask about my Optimum card or if I needed a bag and then continued talking to her coworkers. How did any of them even settle getting an interview? Awful behaviour, zero customer service.

  • Diana Garcia

I will not be stepping a foot there ever again! Everytime I go to this particular location I always get treated as a shoplifter! Due to staff's personal discrimination against me, my experience always been negative. Staff pick and choose who they will watch like a hawk. It is obvious staff believe I don't belong and it is personal on their part. Like clockwork, I get surrounded by staff everytime I use the self-check out kiosk or look for items. I made 3 written complaints. If theft is such an issue there then why aren't staff monitoring all customers?

  • Katy

Recommendation to anyone who wants to be falsely accused of theft without any valid evidence by the staff members. Despite offering to show my receipts, I was continuously accused by multiple staff members who claimed to have "seen" me steal from the store. Even after showing my bags with all the receipts, another staff member accused me again as I was leaving. The manager only offered an apology after I requested their names. My experience at shoppers was extremely unpleasant and upsetting, and I will never use their services again.

  • vi

The worst shopping experience I’ve ever had in my life. Anywhere I went, I was followed by the security guard, the way he just stood there inches away from me watched me picking things, just made me so uncomfortable. I could see him secretly talking to another staff while the both of them stared at me. There were other customers in the store but he just kept following me every rows, even to upstairs. They made me look like a shoplifter. This is so disgusting. I will never visit this store again.

  • jolene Flett

Had the security guard peeking out from behind the corners of the isle as I shopped and tell me that I had been there for more than an hour and I only had a few moments Left,(after spending $312 )said that there was an hour time limit. when I was leaving the store,I had like six reusable bags full of groceries and the security guard was no where in sight to offer me help with the bags I'm disabled with a cane and had a puppy in a carrier bag but was offered no help as I left the store.

  • Din Muhammad

Be careful if you want to buy some things from this store shoppers drugs mart because they selling not good stuff when you pay. And try to check it if it is work or not . Any way if you are in the store and the stuff you bought it is not working they not gonna return it and they will not pay back . That’s the what they do with me I bought Dudley locker lock from them I was in the store I was try to change it or return it but they said we don’t do this We don’t to return

  • Misty Knightley

I normally adore Shopper's Drug Mart and have their Optimum card. But I will never step foot in this location ever again. It's the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The cosmetics lady seem so fed up and their staff treats customers like thieves. I felt so unwanted that I literally had to step out. Now I get all my drug store purchases at the nearby London Drugs, even if it means forfeiting my Optimum points. Here's to hoping their staff turns a new page...

  • Liv Loeppky

I accidentally made a spill and looked for an employee to apologized to and inform her/him of the mess. They then proceeded to say “well, here you go” and handed me a roll of paper towel to clean up myself. The audacity of this employee was embarrassing for the company. It shows a great lack of costumer service when the employees make the costumer do their own job for them. Rude, and they lost my business. I will now be going to London Drugs up the street.

  • No Dust Bunny

I recently had a negative experience at this store location. Staff followed me around and gave me angry looks like I was going to steal lol. I walked out seeing they profiled me as a shoplifter. I went to the nearby London Drugs instead, they gave me good service. They answer my questions and helped me with my product selection. Hopefully, Shoppers Drug Mart senior management will read this review because your staff shouldn't assume I was a thief.

  • Yagyaseni

This place has an amazing selection of cosmetics and carries lots of brands of varying prices! The store is very organized and hence, it's super easy to find things here! They have a decent selection of supplements as well. It's not very extensive though! The prices aren't bad either! They carry food items as well! Currently, they have a lot of Easter themed items! They also have a lot of very tempted soft toys!

  • Kaylee Nguyen

Came to this place today at over 9pm and the woman who was working at the beauty department is so nice and gentle!! She gave me lots of advice about my skin problems and skincare products. I know they were last minutes to come in but surprisedly the way she talked to me and my friend was really sweet and caring. I definitely will come back this place next time when I need more skincare products.

  • Amber Marple

The pharmacy at this location is one of the best I’ve been to in downtown Vancouver. I’ve gone here for a few years now and the pharmacists are professional, polite and knowledgable. I especially appreciate how organized and helpful they are. I always get my prescriptions in a timely manner and they have offered to fax my doctor if I need a refill. Thank you for providing great service.

  • Irene Knicely-Coutts

Staff and supervisors do not understand their own policies - the price guarantee applies a 10$ discount to the LOWEST price, not the mistake price. I will be calling Head Office tomorrow to rectify this issue, as the product in question was medically needed, and it felt very much like the staff was holding it hostage by not researching their own policies when questioned.

  • Yaurright

I went here to buy some old video games that I was looking for. I first called and talked to a girl named May on the phone. She was very friendly and knowledgable. I then asked for her when I got there and she was again very friendly and helpful. Great customer service! She deserves recognition. This location is also a really nice store as well. 5-Stars!

  • Jessica

February 13, 2021 I had an associate in Beauty Boutique follow my friend and I around the whole ten minutes we were browsing. I had every intention of making a purchase but you've lost my business by treating us like thieves. Do yourself a favor and walk over to the Burrard and Robson location if you want to be treated like an actual human being.

  • David Otoni

One of my favourite pharmacies to visit when I am downtown. Easy access, staff are friendly. The line-ups surprisingly go down fast. Two floors, products are usually in stock. Pharmacists are really knowledgeable as well. Only downside would be parking. Almost impossible to find accessible parking. Thats why 1 star is off.

  • H Macklemore

Overzealous security guard told me to stop sampling products. I pointed out that the items were meant for sampling (sample stickers on them) and then he went on and on about how the owner reviews the tapes and will get mad at him if he doesn't approach people sampling. Save the hassle and buy online or at London Drugs.

  • Kim Elek

Tried to get some help with my points. It was $10 before tax and when I asked the lady with shorter hair and glasses if she could help at all she rolled her eyes at me and spoke to me like I was a child. Horrible experience and customer service and I work for the loblaws company will not recommend this shoppers.

  • Murc B

Within the time span of 10 minutes, I was approached 5 times if I needed help. And 3 out of the 5 times were from the same person! I understand there is a lot of theft but even Sephora doesn't ask you this many times if you need help. literally put all the things I was gonna buy down and left.

  • Rachel Windsor

A nice pharmacy store that sells drugs and all kinds of stuff like makeups, skin care, snacks, fruits, cards, socks (Joe Fresh), hats, gloves, umbrellas (Joe Fresh and Fulton), and other necessities. Very fast and friendly service! Very clean! There is a nice decor wall (shown as my pictures).

  • Sunny R

Everything I needed from a shoppers to pick up some last minute essentials. This location has 2 floors, upstairs is most of the pharmacy type items. Main floor is beauty and snacks... Staff were very polite. Used self checkout. Note no bags are provided so BYOB. I had to buy a reusable one.

  • Mark Alexander

I accidentally left a prescription at home in another province and was in a bit of a panic. The pharmacist here was wonderfully helpful and friendly. She walked me through the steps to fill the prescription in BC and had everything ready for me in just a little more than an hour!

  • Saskia Bloome

Well stocked and usually empty which is nice. Unfortunately the cosmetics associates who work here seem to think I’m a thief and follow me around every time I visit, making it difficult to browse comfortably. I will stick with the London drugs up the street for future purchases.

  • Dawn Bakiani

Worst customer service ever. I left my hat at the counter and got back 5 min after to take it the person at the cashier told me yes, I saw it but I don’t know what happened, maybe someone took it. It was sad and funny at the same time. I will never go back to that location.

  • Fit4Life

Thanks for follow me every inches and racist for a guy shopping for cosmetics. This is the worst my 12 years royalty to shopper in Ontario. Just visit one day Vancouver. They force to pay even Im not finished shopping. They can classify between shopper and shop lifting.

  • John Trueman

This store has a serious problem honouring advertised and posted prices and promotions. Apparently even the manager on duty doesn’t have the authority to sell at the posted price. She just stares at the cash register like the two employees before her. Not recommended.

  • Mya A

I really like shoppers, at times you can find really good deals in this place. I specially recommend their make up products. Very high quality and great price for the quality. Also, I head from my mom that you can get senior discount on Thursdays. So even better.

  • Cris

Worst customer service ever. The sale ladie in the cosmetic area didn't gave me time to go around and compare the products or decide if I wanted sth else. She took me to the cashier directly. She was so rude that I decided not to buy. Someone should fire her.

  • Vivi Solur

Don't shop here!! Exactly as other reviews mentioned, the refund is extremely difficult!!! The superior Jenifer was trying to make hard and not refund. The product was unopened, they make excuses as my point card has issue. What a shame!!!

  • Ray J

Came here for acid related medications and a very nice pharmacist named Anthony helped me out. The nice young lad introduced me to different dosing options and was incredibly patient despite all my questions. Thank you.

  • arshdeep kaur

Was there to buy some stuff from beauty boutique. The lady working there was super nice and helpful. Amazing customer service and she explained everything very in a very polite way. Will be back to same location.

  • Natashah A

Products are great and it's in a good location. Unfortunately this location does not honor the flyer sales. Why not keep your local customers coming back and present that sales as advertised for more business.

  • Colin Fidler

There lost prevention staff member is a over eager clown. That must get paid buy his busts and hasn't busted anyone in a long time cause he's picking anyone just hoping there a thief and suprised he has a job

  • Josh

Went to get a passport photo taken. The photographer stamped the back of both passport photos, and then signed the passport photo back herself as my guarantor. Go somewhere else for your government ID photos.

  • damanpreet singh

One of the most pathetic customer service I’ve seen at shoppers. Such an apathy for the customers and nobody came to help in spite of multiple requests. Store was empty so shouldn’t be any excuse.

  • Mansi Patel

Nice friendly staff. I went there for photos, the amount of money they charge is not sufficient enough. My photos were darker and not clear enough. Other than that they seem like nice chain.

  • Phil King

Moh the pharmacy manager went above and beyond to help with a prescription issue. As a customer this alleviated a lot of stress and saved so much time. Thank you so much for you assistance.

  • Radhika Sharma

Amazing customer service by staff . I was helped by sheri at beauty boutique and she attended me very nicely.. also at the cash I was attended another lady . She was also too kind ..

  • Jordan Kwandibens

Went in to get my flu shot but was turned away. Their website clearly stated they accepted walk-ins from 10:00am - 5:00pm. I showed up at 4 and was told to go try another pharmacy.

They don't accept apple/Google pay or any kind of card tap here. If you don't mind sharing your credit card with the world, this place is probably ok; but for Vancouver, good luck.

  • Bogdan Sheptunov

Bought a box of fresh cut fruit for 7.99. All completely fermented already, bc they weren’t properly refrigerated at the store. Watch out for quality of anything you buy there.

  • Arshpreet kaur

Worst cashout experience i ever had. 4.00 o clock incident time. She was keep cutting me i had few questions.. seems like hating her job… i almost wanted to leave like that

  • Jessie Vic

The pharmacists and pharmacy techs here are great. The only thing I hate is having to walk through the very heavily fragranced perfume area in order to enter the store.

  • Trevor Matthews

This is a great place to get something quick like Tylenol and energy drinks, the staff is helpful but the self checkout machines are terrifying 0/10 would not recommend

  • vince charlie

I should be able to shop at shoppers drug mart without having security right my behind pretending they help with restock! I'm an aboriginal male that works full time!

  • Elise Michie

This location has the most helpful team of pharmacists I've come across yet. Always happy to answer any questions and make suggestions when I'm in a pinch.

  • Semih Berk Taşkın

I purchased a parfume from this store today around 5pm. The lady who works at this section was so helpful. She had good knowledge and was very polite!

  • Jonathan Chromy

Not open till 10. Came at 10 mins before closing and was already locked. Nice beautiful sign saying open till 10... Would be wonderful if true

  • Tyson V

Blocked from entering store; told had been banned for stealing. Nope, never would shoplift. Never been there before. Appearance profiling.

  • Charlie Schwartz

If the cashiers have nothing better to do they will block your exit and accuse you of putting extra items in your bag at the self checkout

  • fruitspunch.m

Great brand selections but not all products get price listed, too lazy to check price one by one with shop assistant, so I gave up

  • Neil Lewis

Good selection of medicines. Security at the door greeted us with arms crossed and a scowl on his face. Not very welcoming

  • Michael Sterkin

  • Vicente Lazar

Not horrendous, but would only go here for my shopping if I had no other choices.

  • Franklin Hatch

They treated me as a shoplifter even though i came to make a purchase.

  • miyuki natsuki

很多彩妝商品,女生大概會喜歡逛的店,樓上有藥品,基本的日用品和零食,冷藏有雞蛋和牛奶,地點很好附近有車站,不用跑太遠去找超市

  • Vitaliy Krasylovets

False advertising. Prices are not consistent with the flyer

  • Marilyn Lamar

Pretty good. Pharmacy is a litte 'slow'. Not the best.
