Definitely one of the best Shoppers locations in Ottawa despite its smaller size. Customer service is awesome storewide, and the pharmacy service is beyond amazing! My prescriptions are ALWAYS ready on time, even in exceptional circumstances and when they're crazy busy. The pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful (especially the pharmacist Mariam I believe her name is. She saved my life! I love her! ❤). Unlike unnamed other Shoppers locations (ahem *Westgate* ahem) where my prescriptions and refill counts were magically going "missing" and the pharmacy staff were rude and unhelpful, this location and employees are the exact polar opposite!! The store is organized and someone is always willing to lend a hand. I will travel the extra distance just to go to this specific Shoppers store because of the friendly, helpful staff, the fabulous pharmacy, and tremendous customer service they continuously offer!! Kudos guys!!

The pharmacist and the one beautician are very kind and helpful as well as the front counter staff. I stop here all the time on my way to work. While waiting for my prescription I literally watched the other “beautician”, who is brunette with a terrible hair cut, walk up to the pharmacist and start talking about me! Asking the pharmacist questions about my condition and speaking about me! Unprofessional and just gross behaviour.

I had a bad experience, on December 3, 2024, at 2 p.m. I was shopping and buying a lot of things and there was a short lady clerk with long, very red hair, she was either white or Hispanic, she was rude to me, she came up behind me and touched a big box of chocolate and told me to show it. the receipt if I paid or not, so I showed my receipt and then she let me go, She made me feel like a thief even though I'm a customer

Wow, super disappointed today. Went and got a passport photo taken spent $22 and change. I get back to my office only to find they date stamped it for Nov. 2018. so it's not even valid. I take the extra time to go back and he just laughs and says oops. There was a lady ahead of me who got her photos I imagine with the bad date stamp as well. Hopefully she figures it out and goes back. Awful service

I wouldn't recommend the pharmacy to people who have large prescription orders or are trying to reduce on-site wait time by calling ahead. This pharmacy seems to run on a "just in time" inventory method for various Rx and OTC products, and seems slow in processing prescriptions.

Great downtown location and pharmacy with competent, friendly staff and efficient service. Pharmacist Jyldyz is truly outstanding, she was very helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you for all your amazing assistance.

Why close at 5pm Monday to Friday bc of renovations? There is no work happening on the building at 5pm and lots of people are showing up after work right now looking for it to be open

Worse place for photograph service. Immigration refused my PR card application and I had to go somewhere. It delayed me 4 month and its a pain in the a***** DON'TGO THERE!

The pharmacists are well organized, have good communication skills, and are attentive to details. The store is clean an well run despite the relatively small size.

I'm another person who had the worst experience with the manager. Any serious problems this store experiences are due to his incompetance. I would never shop here.
