Went there to refill my prescription only to be told that it was last time I could get it refilled due to the reason of being on it and having it cancelled on me as well as being told that there’s other people that need it more then me when she doesn’t know the whole story on why I’m on it. The older lady pharmacist Karen (that’s her name) kept talking over me when I tried to ask questions about said prescription and when she continued to do so I just gave up on trying to ask and left. She talked extremely aloud asking why I’m on said medication in front of 4 or five people making it an over all uncomfortable experience as I don’t think the reasoning should be yelled out to a crowd. Will NOT be going back to this shoppers never had such a horrible experience.

By far the worst shoppers drug mart I've been to. Never have I had so many issues using my insurance until I switched to this location. Wife once spent about two hours sorting the situation out in person.... next order.... issue is there again (as if no effort was made) and its our problem to spend time sorting things out with them. For example, leaving leading zeros off insurance information and lessons learned not being communicated or solutions saved. ONLY AN ISSUE AT THIS LOCATION. Please note, I have been patent in this deficiency and have been working with this location for about 2 years - no improvement.

Was appalled by Pharmacist’s behaviour! Limit racist! No manners whatsoever. This has become my go to shoppers since I don’t live very far but as from today I will never ever step inside. Went in at 17.30 to have flu shots done and he refused to do it, saying he’s closing at 18.00 and that it takes 15 minutes. So I said that I called before coming but he just didn’t care! He said come back tomorrow I can’t do them now, simply! Worst is he was sitting down doing nothing and there not even 1 customer there! Extremely rude person!!!

The pharmacist at this Shoppers Drug Mart has no bedside manner whatsoever. I called with a question I was obviously anxious about and she took every opportunity to criticize me and use scary, dramatic words and explanations. She does not know how to calm people down. I later spoke to another pharmacist who was reassuring and kind and I felt better in minutes.

I went there a few months ago beacause I had a recuring stomach pains for months and the doctors could not figure out what was wrong with me. I went to see Nandita and she helped me the most. She gave me supplements and oils that minimised the pain in my stomach and I feel way better mentally. My energy came back to me. I will always be greatful to her.

Karen is unacceptably rude for no reason and was not helpful in anyway. Not sure if she hates her job but based on her service I will never come back here. Unacceptable. I'll walk the extra distance to go elsewhere. I've been a regular here and have had great service from everyone else except Karen. Go figure with that name.

Excellent service and customer care. I got both of my shots here and the pharmacy staff were incredibly professional, kind and very efficient. Thanks to each and everyone of the staff for taking care of my family with such high level service, care, respect and compassion.

The pharmacist went out of their way to give me a call and check and see if I had any questions or concerns about a medication. This was without requesting a call! They are also a compounding pharmacy that was able to mix a prescription for me, much appreciated!

Great selection of shampoos conditioner snacks. Or get your prescription filled. Check your blood pressure or buy a seasonal item like Easter chocolates or buy hair dye. Maybe use the photo machine to print off the thousands of pictures on your cell phone

Karen is the best pharmacist and stellar at giving shots, the most painless I've ever gotten. Feels like how pharmacies used to be before all the franchises appeared. Charles is super kind and patient, always smiling behind his mask. Best location ever.

Amazing staff. Super friendly and accomodating, I went during the early morning and they rushed to unlock the door for me, helped me as fast as they could and we're bright and welcoming despite the early hour. I could not recommend this location more

The pharmacists are phenomenal. They bend over backwards to ensure that the meds are correct and dispensed with expediency. They always have a smile on their faces and remember my name. I would recommend with 10 stars.

Smallest Shoppers I’ve ever visited. Doesn’t have much other than pharmaceutical product, beauty and cosmetic things. Nice location on Dalhousie. The lady at the cash was very pleasant and bilingual.

I'm going to have to take a day off work to get my prescription because you are constantly closed. I haven't been able to get it filled for over a week.

I have never meet a more helpful pharmacist. She went above and beyond to help me sort out an alternative to an antibiotic that was unavailable.

Does not do passport photos even though website says it does. Waited outside till it opened to to learn the website lied and I wasted my time.

I find it odd that a Shoppers Drug Mart is not open every day of the week. Especially in the market. Very annoying.
