I continue to be frustrated with the pharmacy here. Only reason I continue to go is the location convenience. Since the owner change a few years ago the pharmacy efficiency has suffered and customer service is terrible. A few examples, I received an email that my medication was ready. I go to pick it up and am told it is not. I show the email sent and staff scurry around trying to find it. Unable to do so, the pharmacist has to redo the order so instead of a pick up I have to wait for it to be redone. This has happened multiple times. There are specifically two members of staff that are rude. I had made an error in reading a text sent to my phone. I thought it was a pick up message but it was a message telling me I had no renewals. As I waited in line to get what I presumed was a pick up, I watched an employee berate another employee as well as the pharmacist and then it was my turn. She explained my mistake and told me to “read the whole message next time”. Yes, it was my error but rude is rude! It’s gotten to the point where I feel intimidated just picking up my prescriptions. I have to announce my birthdate in line. This is new since the pharmacy changed hands. It used to be name and address now it’s birthdate. There is only one employee there that I find pleasant and I pray for her when I go in for pick ups. Unfortunately, she is not on the pick up or drop off desks very often. Convenience or not I think I have to change pharmacies.

This pharmacy breached confidentiality by sending my file to another pharmacy. I will NEVER be using shoppers again . Lady I spoke to is named haya. On Wednesday my girlfriend went to go pick up my medication and they were having issues processing the payment. They told my girlfriend that my medication will be ready for the day following,Thursday. So she waited 45+ minutes before being told about this. I got a call today from them saying they didn’t have enough stock to fill the full prescription. Our time was wasted. I’m a brain injury survivor so I can’t drive I rely on people for transportation. They messed with my patience and time was taken for granted. DO NOT USE SHOPPERS

The pharmacist Joseph is terrible and has bad customer service/social skills. I asked the staff about the non-drowsy Sudafed and a young lady said I'll have to speak to the pharmacist. Ok. So he sees me but takes his sweet time and is just staring at some of over the counter meds before he finally walks over and asks (with an attitude) if he could help me. I said I wanted to see if they had a non-drowsy Sudafed because I will be driving some distance. He scoffs and says that the non-drowsy is just marketing. I tell him I'm not the pharmacist so I'm asking him. I just left because his whole demeanor and attitude was very off putting. He shouldn't be dealing with customers.

Been going to this place since a while as it’s closer to home and I’m familiar with most of the people that works there, let me just add that Amy and shaneen are the most rudest people I have ever seen in my life. I have seen and heard them talk to the other staff like merchandisers etc who are typically teens with so much disrespect!! Sure you guys might have a higher position by DONT treat other people who works for you like garbage. They think that they are superior and treat others like slaves, work on your attitude ladies and be more humble

Very disappointed with the pharmacy services here. My wife got the wrong information twice. She had the prescription on her phone and when we went they told her to print and come back. We came back they told her we can’t take it printed but the team will call the physician and get everything ready and give us a call. We didn’t receive anything from them. The service has always been slow I could be standing there and my prescription ready and they wouldnt even call my name. I would have to go in and ask even tho they see me

Managers… you are managers not lords stop acting so superior to your young employees. I’m a regular and so many times I see these “managers” acting so lame and unprofessional. It’s funny because a manager couldn’t find me an item but Samia who’s like half her age and probably has like 1/10th of the experience was able to show me right away. How do you as a “superior” have no knowledge compared to a cashier? Seriously, this place sucks. The young employees are so much better than the managers. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

Wow the worker Allison yelled at me for waiting for my prescription. It's an antibiotic for a 2 year old, I do need it as soon as possible. She was busy and expected me to come back in an hour... she needs compassion training as well as communication training. If she had an issue with me waiting for my prescription she could have walked over and talked to me rather than yelling across the room so that everyone stared at me. The pharmacist Ehab, was kind and knowledgeable. No complaints with him

Pharmacy has to be the worst service I’ve ever encountered. On hold for 35 minutes decided to hang up and call back for me to wait another 28 mins to be answered to and told to wait another minute and wait another 12 minutes before I hung up. This is the 4th time they’ve done this to me. I’m out.

Been going there since 2020. I figured the rating is bad because only the unhappy customers leave a review so i thought i should mention that I haven’t had any issues that are in the reviews. will change my review should my experience change

Cant get a simple prescription ready. They keep lying about when they'll have it ready. Every time I called I got a different time and when I decided to just come in when I was told to, they come back tomorrow.
