I’m sad I can’t give them 0 stars, as even one star seems too kind. I’m very used to dealing with incompetence, which this place has an abundance of, but incompetence and rudeness to top it off I will not tolerate. Long story short they couldn’t bill my insurance. Cool happens all the time. Maybe try to call me and ask/tell me. Nope nobody called. So when I get there to pick up they tell me can’t bill it. I show them their error. Cool. I’m thinking they will get on it. Nope taking their sweet time. Nobody is acknowledging me. So when I ask if it’s ready I’m told loudly and rudely for everyone to hear “I do not want to be rushed and make a mistake. If you can’t wait go home and come back.” Ummm I’m sick and am waiting because you made a mistake. Anywho I was like ya no thanks. Cancel that and give me back my prescription. Then I took it to shoppers across the street where there are never issues. I suggest you do the same.

I have been a customer with this Pharmacy for years. Until today. The absolute worst experience I've ever had as far as customer service in concerned. I had to pick up a 2 month prescription 4 days early and was treated like I was doing something wrong. They made me feel like a drug addict to be honest. My prescription was written by my doctor however the pharmacy wouldn't release it to me. They obviously contacted my doctor and it was approved, however never called me back to inform me the issue had been resolved. My situation wasn't dealt with in a professional manner. The Pharmacist on duty was rude, and condescending. I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward and referring others to do the same. Save yourself a similar, terrible experience and shop somewhere else.

This pharmacy is excellent!!! I accidentally double dosed on a medication and was super worried about how that would affect me. I called the pharmacy first thing the next morning and they were SUPER helpful!!!!! All my concerns were alleviated with just the one phone call. Excellent service, great demeanour. THANK YOU.

I wanted to take a chance and say THANK YOU, I have been using your services for many years and never used another. Every other month I call to get a script and they tell me it's ready tmw and when I get there oops we made a mistake and it's the next day , or we can't find it when you called sorry. Been coming to this store for a very long time and can't believe this is still Happening.

I agree with Sanjay's review. The same pharmacist was so rude I could slap him in the face but then I will be charged with assault. He treated me like I was an idiot and the tone in which he used was unacceptable. I will never go back to this pharmacist again!

Prescriptions were done in a timely manner.The pharmacist took the time to answer all my questions and provided extra recommendations. Overall the staff was very caring and provided excellent customer service.

Been trying to contact this Pharmacy for the past 2 days about a prescription, when we try and call just met with a message "The phone number you have reached is no longer in service" What???

Very friendly staff who have gone out of their way to help me get the prescriptions I require on a timely basis and have saved me money as well.

Amazing courteous and friendly staff, met all my needs in an efficient manner. Have never had a bad experience with anyone at this Pharmacy!
