They need Lots of improvement after new management. Make sure the prices are competitive and check market prices on weekly basis. They are holding three branches in the area now Hampden Square Pharmacy, Shore Phar , Oakleigh Phar. Make sure sanitisers and wipes are easily available with reasonable prices on all branches.

Not one staff member in this pharmacy has customer training, noone says hello goodbye or thank you unless maybe you say it them, and then they mumble it , I have never met such miserable staff anywhere, terrible place, I will make effort to go somewhere else !

Horrible Rude Pharmacist with a disgusting attitude and SHE is measuring the tablets out into a jar with BARE HANDS and only put the gloves on after her colleagues!! tells her too. Be ashamed. AWFUL SERVICE!!!!
