Not having independent temple like structure but set up in a commercial building. You can not notice it from far and even right after reaching. The entry is just like from a door of 7 x3 foot wooden door. No reception or any sigh to notice that it is a temple. This is aldo on a much far end of NSW from Sydney at its suburban area of Blacktown and is accessible by train and road. You have to travel about 5 kilometer from Railway Station through an Industrial area and as such location is most poor and unassesible on foot. Either by own vehicle or by taxi. No direct bus nearby. All around are industries and temple itself is in a hall in a commercial building or industrial shed. Most disgusting is that temple is closed around 12 at noon and is locked from outside without any reception, like a shop or office just locked. I do not recommend to go unless fully prepare with own transport and also in time or you will come much tired and dejected.

Rudely interrupted by the priest while performing puja. Priest was not happy pouring 2 ltr of milk as the drainage get blocked. After the puja when requested to speak to the Trustee of the temple (Dr Khimji) the priest called the trustee who advised of the same. Instead of getting the drainage fixed he first advised to follow what the priest is saying later advising not to come to the temple. No signs displayed whatsoever. Beautiful temple and being goin for months now. It's really sad that it's run down by poor management. If looking to do puja find another temple and avoid this at all times. These people should not be allowed to run the temple.

This only hindu temple for Gujarati Indians is in whole Blacktown area. Here all hindu festivals are celebrated. On Sunday, the prasad are given to all people who came to the temple. There is well organization in all branches, like parking, preparation of food for prasad, setting arrangements, cleanness of temple etc. Temple is controlled by Swami. Temple is accepting donations, gifts etc. Temple is giving there amenities on rent for any celebration.

Hindu Temple and build on West part (Gujarat) culture. Still gives you enough peace and positive energy to be there. Please follow the rules of temple by heart and pay true respect not just for the sake of visiting temple. For e.g. its clearly written only water and milk on shivling but people simply ignore that and put everything on small area where Shivling is present.

This is a Gujrati temple of a sect based organisation so it will not feel like a regular temple. Most temples in Sydney are sect based or region bases so dominated by that aspect though all are welcome but somehow do not feel like temple for everyone. Iskon felt more inclusive somehow so far.

This is said to be sri swaminarayan temple, been there, we can find conventional shiva lingam, Shiv Parvati, Bajrang Bali, Sri Sarasvati.. its over crowded on a hindu festival eve... therefore causing parking chaos. Eftpos is available for donation, prasad etc...

Nice and quite place away from hustle bustle.Always Feels very warm and happy inside the temple. The people here are very helpful and humble. I often visit on annual Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav festival for sure. Amazing vibe.

This temple is a branch of the world's first Swaminarayan Mandir(Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India), built by Lord Swaminarayan himself. Very Holy place to get a feeling of peace in life, visit as many time as you can.

Quite and Religious place, this place offers to rent plastic chairs, table tents and etc; for catering. and they also offer food catering services at affordable prices pure vegetarian.

It is a beautiful,well built temple of Shree Swaminarayan Bhagvan where one can feel himself nearer to almighty while praying.
