One of the most ridiculous service ever. Writing review after two times traveled in the buses of this service, both time it give not just bad but very worst experience. First time the ventilation was poor and inner of the bus is such it will make you feel like suffocating. Second time even the cost of AC luxury was sky high but the basic need like curtains were not there. The Staff behavior was like govt employ or like king of some state. Such arrogant and unhelpful fellows you cant imagine. Rather than helping they will fight with you for their mistake. If you traveling with family or if you are lady these could very embarrassing and the person next will not even consider this as a problem. Door separating the driver compartment is also unavailable in so called AC luxury buses. The helpline number which they provide also stop work in night while your full journey is in the night only. The travel will be night mare rather than night travel. I cant suggest to travel in this travel. If you want to suffer for whole night it will be your choice.

Pathetic Bus Service, I'll not recommend to use this bus service. I had two times very bad experience with Shrinath Travels. For Ahmedabad to Bhopal trip there are boarding points of city but a Non AC connecting is provided to drop travelers at outskirts of City. You need to change the bus. Instead of direct route they collect passengers from Baroda. Halt the bus as per drivers choice where bus staff will get free food from restaurant. Bhopal to Ahmedabad Journey, again bus routed via baroda. At 5 AM, After reaching Baroda bus staff told us to change the bus for Ahmedabad. This play to save their cost by stopping on vehicle and use partially vacant bus.

Very very worst service. Bus is under maintenance and their AC was not working properly. We are travelling from Aurangabad to Ahmedabad. Their brake drum is too much noising so you can’t properly sleeping. Even after so many complaints they didn’t came for any resolution. Bus Number is AR01T 3232. If there are any negative rating then I am providing highest negative rating.

I was about to reach at my destination at 9AM but the driver went so slow and kept so many haults that I eventually ended up reaching my destination at 4PM. I will advise you not to travel through this service if u r in a hurry reaching somewhere. THEY DO NOT VALUE CUSTOMER TIME. Driver is selfish and also the tour operator do not pay heeds to the customers query.

Wish I could give negative rating so one star. They are doing false advertising promising volvo bus but provided dirty TATA bus. U will get last minutes notice that your bus has been changed. If you think you getting good deal for less then 1000 Rs then think twice. According to owner at this place he admitted that Volvo cost 1500 to 2000 Rs.

Guys believe me, pls don't go for shreenath traveles at any point...my experience was very very very bad ..... third class ac, no charging point, bus was filled with parcels, even there is no place for passengers to walk in. Third class behavior of their staff....

Experience was terrible with broken AC vents, seats filled mosquitoes, departure was not on time and rude behaviour or assistant. This is my first and last ride with Shrinath travels. Please work on the basics else you are definitely loosing your customers.

I was to take Rajratan Travels bus to Indore. However, there is no signboard indicating Rajratan name anywhere... Luckily, I had a relative who travelled recently so came to shrinath office....else it becomes problematic.... Suggest to put a signboard

Highly unprofessional bus services.They leave you in middle of the road of bus gets out of order or they arrange seats in driver's cabin of any local bus. Top management doesn't give attention to any of your concern. Kindly beware of this bus service.

Very horrible experience encountered by brother in law during trip to Pune from Ahmedabad. Driver left him on road in night and refused to stop the bus inspite of insistence by co passengers. Complaint made but no response. Think before you ride.

One of the most pathetic travel agency first they made me wait for 2 hours the bus was supposed to come at 11.30 pm but they just kept procrastinating and ended up saying “aap complaint kardena” worst agency to travel never choose it

As usual, Late departures, no schedule, no responsibilities. Even after having a wonderful variety in intinirary Shrinath is loosing its travellers because of its inattentiveness towards its services. Sad to say, not preferable.

This is one of the older travel agencies. I took 2 trips in 3 days with this agency. The bus was comfortable, the staff was OK, the bus reached final destination on time. Pretty much nothing to complain about as for me.

We took the bus service from Ahmedabad to Ajmer as well. Bus service was excellent. Customer service was great. Buses were clean and comfy. Free hot beverages were very good as well. Really enjoyed their great service.

Ac seater rajkot to Ahmedabad} They are boarding people from Roads, those people are not wearing mask. In double seats two unknown people are traveling together. Good part - at least staff was wearing mask

Best travel agency working interstates with extremely comfortable sitting and sleeper. Most important all the plugs and light switches are working flawlessly. I had a great journey with Srinath.

Bus services provided by them is really good.The buses always depart and arrive on time and the staff behaviour is quite good.They Provide good travel experience to their customers.

I used to send parsals from Shrinath. Their services is prominent and nature of staff is friendly. Price is okay. I suggest people to make transactions from SHRINATH cargo.

Behavior of bus driver (AR 01 S 9999) is very worst he has no sense how to talk with customers, speaking loud and insulting every customer ,bus is not panctual in timings.
