I had booked the bus from Bhilwara to Rajkot. Bus was initially 30 minutes late. However, later it reached Ahmedabad at 6 AM, and dropped me there saying this bus will not Rajkot and you have to take another bus. And they didn't provide bus for another 4 hours. At 10 AM, Patel travels connecting bus was provided which again was 1 hour late. Reached to the location 5 hours late bcoz of the delays. Would never in future prefer to travel with Shrinath travels.

There is no proper customer waiting room there is only one waiting room and no A.C for summer condition in summer we feel like we are sitting in hot chamber
