Avoid at all costs!!! Shurgard assures it’s customers of 24/7 security. This is a lie! Thieves broke in to Shurgard and no one was there to stop or report them. They successfully robbed my unit and many more overnight. If you value your items please avoid, even with insurance there are some items that are irreplaceable.

Shugard is a great storage place. It is very well located and easy to get to at the junction of the A13 and the A406. I can get there from Leyton in 10 to 12 mins. There is plenty of parking space. Inside it is very clean.
