Daniel at Norbury was very helpful, he explained the process when I was going to rent another unit and how it would work for me to cancel the one I already had and the time frame to give it up. He showed me all the units available (different sizes) for my needs. He made everything so easy once he explained everything to me. Once I gave up the bigger unit he explained what would happen and called later in the day and advised roughly what the refund would be and how it would be deducted from the cost of the new one. I was very happy with the service

I have had my unit for a few days now. Having deactivated my Bluetooth and reactivated it, the App is now easy to use! I don't have a posh phone.... The system feels very secure. I've just met one member of staff so far, he was helpful and friendly. It's safe and easy to get in, get out, and always find a trolley or two available so far. My unit is clean,not hot, not cold, not damp. Better than my shop unit that I have been emptying. I hope that this will be the perfect solution for my business that's in the process of going online only.....

I have now used Shurgard in Norbury for about two years. And I would say that my good initial experience with them has been enhanced. Great access and excellent customer service has continued. All at a good price, offering real value for money. And I have come to really appreciate the genuine, friendly, highly professional staff in the Norbury branch, who consistently deliver a good experience with their personal care. The manager and staff are excellent. It is a pleasure to deal with all of them. Highly recommended.

I had Nic help me rent my storage unit. She was so friendly, helpful and informative. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get a bigger unit and she checked to see what options were available for me and also found me the best deal that would help cut my cost down. Would definitely recommend the storage unit my parents have also been using it for 4 years and they’ve never had any problems. It’s also very easy to down size or up size.

The worst customer service ever. After they inform you that your unit is ready to use, they are calling to tell you that it is not available anymore. There is a lady, who instead of apologizing keeps shouting that computer can make mistakes

Never had any problems with Norbury Shurgard. Nice helpful staff when I signed up and always had easy access to my unit when I needed it. Everything was extremely secure and you can be rest assured that your belongings are safe when stored

I came this morning to buy some boxes...firstly opening hours on the website are wrong (website mentions 8:00 but on the door and reception are opening at 9:00) after that I wanted to buy a few boxes but they said that they are not selling
