They custom renovated the space from top to bottom and even brought in pieces from Thailand to represent their personal style and culture. The vibe from the waiting room sets the tone for a very relaxing and peaceful experience. The massage I got helped my sore muscles immensely. I sit hunched over a computer every day and my back, neck, and sciatic nerve have suffered as a result. One appointment with Milly made such a huge difference! This is the first time in months that I haven’t felt any muscle pain! Milly really took her time and made sure I was comfortable with the amount of pressure she was using on my muscles. I was also so relaxed because the room had soft lighting, ambient sounds, and lovely decor. The atmosphere allowed me to destress and forget about work and other worries. I really look forward to going back several times a month. I highly recommend this spa!!

Pat was an absolute amazing massage therapist! My partner got a session with Pat and Millie for our 7th year anniversary and it was our first time here, we were greeted by Millie whom had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, you fill out a form like any other place but with them they sit you down in the room and go over what you comfortable with and what you need worked on a little extra. Very respectful and listen to our needs. The environment was very clean and relaxing vibe. I personally like deep tissue and Pat hit all my spots and was able to do deep and relaxing at the same time, he has a great knowledge off the muscles structure and he even gave me tips and what my problem areas are. My wife also said that Millie did a great job on her, and she felt very relaxed. Our search for an amazing massage place is finally at an end, we will definitely make this our place, and best is that they are family owned which I love, support local family. We be back soon !

I scheduled a massage on the 25th of November 2023. Upon going in, I was greeted and then waited for my masseuse. I received some green tea that was very tasty. The massage therapist was very polite and asked me about the treatment I was seeking. The massage itself was excellent. The massage therapist asked me how I was doing and if the pressure was okay throughout. I was offered some hot tea and water afterwards, which was calming and relaxing even after a great massage. I would definitely go back and plan to, as well as recommend it. I really can't stress how at ease the entire staff there makes you feel. The waiting room, the massage room, and the facilities are very clean. The room lighting was not too bright, and there was some calm music played. I requested the deep tissue massage; if you are someone with muscle soreness and would like a more intense massage, then I would select that one. I am going to try the Thai massage next time.

Truly one of the best massages I have had thus far! Milly is by far amazing at what she does! Let’s start with ambience & cleanness! It was great! From the time I walked in the door the smell, sound and look was EVERYTHING! The customer service was also top tier! I was offered an in house made tea that was delicious not to mention my good cookie on the way out!!! Last but certainly not lease the massage was GREAT! I was recently in a car accident a month ago and Milly before even starting checked in with me to see how I had been doing and what parts of my body needs more attention! She was VERY attentive and ensured that I was mentally and physically comfortable the entire time! I 1000 percent recommend this place. It was my first time, BUT Milly just got a new customer! Loved every part of it!!!

The entire experience was far beyond expectation. Our first time visit and first massage in SA, Millie gave us such a warm welcome. I really appreciate the comfy seating in the reception area, amazing scents from the get go, and refreshing drink to start. Millie was also my therapist. She started with an initial consultation, very thoughtful and attentive to any possible issues and preferences I had. She consistently checked on me throughout the massage, making adjustments perfectly. The aromatics were even better than the reception area. Everything was fresh, clean and I felt so pampered from start to finish. They provide a perfect blend of professional and warm, friendly experience. Hands down the best massage experience I have encountered (and I have had more than I can count). The service from start to finish was therapeutic- calm, polite, thorough in the consult. The facility is immaculate. You are greeted in the lobby with chamomile tea and excellent service. We had a couples massage experience and it was so comfortable. The space was ours and the therapists were respectful and kind. The best part- the treatment. Both my Partner and I sat up on the table and looked at each other and said , “wow.” They were so attentive and clearly understand anatomy as well as functional movement. Come see these guys. I was in town on vacation and wanted to get a massage. I cannot find 2 hr massages for such a good price where I'm from so I booked one thru Siam. Best massage I've had and best service. The facility was very clean and I loved the aesthetic. They greet you with a green tea before your massage. Along with other aromatherapy during the massage. It's the little things that make a difference and I definitely noted those small things they include! Also I just couldn't get over the quality of service for the affordable price. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely be returning!

Just had my first experience at Siam and it was amazing. The receptionist is very welcoming. She served me green tea on arrival and everything was well placed. The lobby is clean, calm, and smells exquisite. Lulu was my masseuse. From the begging she was sweet.. she took her time understanding what areas I wanted her to focus on. I requested a 60 min deep tissue and she nailed it! Probably one of the best massages of my life. After my session, I felt relaxed and loose which is exactly what I put on intake form. I recommend this place and will most definitely come back.

I took my wife here for a birthday surprise. It was amazing. She had Lulu and I had Claire. Very clean and polite. My wife had the relaxing massage and I went for the deep tissue. Both were 90 minutes. Before the massage, they reviewed the questionnaire you fill out as want to be sure they cover your body’s trouble areas. We’ve been to many places which include the JW and Loma de Vida. Those places charge an arm and a leg for all their extras and all day spa access. If you want an amazing massage without the high price tag, go to Siam Ivory. We will be back!

One of the best couple massage experiences, hands-down! I booked here for a birthday massage, and I was overwhelmed with the quality and care provided by Lulu and Milly. They provided attentive, individualized services for me and my boyfriend, and made us feel very comfortable. The venue is absolutely beautiful and sets the right tone for a relaxing encounter from the alluring aromas, to the calming soft music and delicious tea served at the perfect temperature. Will definitely be rebooking as often as I can! This is my new favorite spot for sure!

I had been looking for a place to get a massage on a monthly basis for a while. I tried many places around San Antonio, and was dissatisfied. I am happy I finally found exactly what I was looking for. Lulu has incredible technique, stability and perfect pressure. She takes special care to ensure that you are comfortable throughout your treatment. She can identify tense muscles and relieve them with ease. I can't wait until my next session. I only wish they were closer to Alamo ranch. However, it's worth the drive.

Phenomenal massage! I started the new year off with the Siam Signature 90 minute massage with Patrick. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a friendly young lady who offered me a tea and provided me with several oils to select for my service. Patrick was most informative, very knowledgeable and provided me with the best massage I’ve ever experienced! I highly recommend the Siam Signature massage as it incorporates several different massage styles and techniques. About to book my next massage!

I cannot say enough great things about this amazing spa! My husband and I went in for a relaxing couples massage and Milli & Lulu were phenomenal! The atmosphere smells so calming while the decor invites you to transport away from your busy day to day life. We had a full hour massage and upgraded our massage by adding deep tissue as well as aromatherapy (rebalance). Definitely well worth it. We will be returning soon and can't wait to come back!

Absolutely loved my massage here! I took my friend that came into town here, it was both our first time. They gave us a refreshing drink before, hot chamomile tea after with a madeleine. The place was so clean, with relaxing music, just made want to sleep . I had Millly and did a relaxing massage, she really hit all the areas I needed. This is my new favorite place for Thai massage! Wow! this place is amaaaazing! I went for my birthday and chose a deep tissue massage with Milly & she was incredible! She really took her time and hit all of my major points/concerns. She even did some stretches which I’ve never experienced at any resort spas I’ve ever been to. They also provide hot towels as well as tea/water. I’m so glad I found this place! Great atmosphere and very clean! Gave cold tea before service and warm tea afterwards. Very calming spa music throughout the rooms. She asked about my medical conditions before starting. The facility was too warm (they even had a fan at the front desk /welcoming area). The massage was what was expected but nothing extraordinary. I will try other locations before considering again.

Siam is the absolute best! It is my favorite massage place in San Antonio. All of the therapists are very friendly and professional, and their spa is lovely and very clean. I typically see Patrick, who does wonders for my chronic neck pain. I love how he does a consultation before each massage to determine what areas he should focus on. Highly highly recommend!!
