Amazing amazing massage at the Polk St location. Pam was awesome just killing my tight spots, as requested! The place is very inviting but not in the best neighborhood. The oil massage and warm towel rub-down was nice. I got the 90 minute aroma combo that includes some stretching. The ginger chews were great so don't forget to try 1 or 2. And grab a cup of tea before you leave. There is not a bio on each therapist so I had to do a lot of googling to finally pick Pam based on other reviews. It would be nice if they added a bio page. I suggest booking via the phone but the Mind Body booking tool (which they use for online booking) was effective and did let me know open times and services/pricing. I do use the MindBody app for yoga but that login didn't work, so I had to make a new account; kinda weird so I should have just called to save time

The hostess is very rude. I paid $99 in cash for a discounted price instead of with a card. When I was about to leave she insisted on $30 tip as that’s the usual. She went on to explain to me how tipping works in the US specially at restaurants- I found that very racist implying I have just moved here and have no idea how things really work. Moreover, she also told me that no one would want to massage me next time I come if I don’t tip at least $30 which again was so weird. The massage itself was decent but for the price I’d take my business elsewhere because they don’t force you to tip this high after giving a cash discount. There are many good places in SF that I have been to.

This was my first Thai deep tissue massage. I sit in a desk five days a week for 8 hours a day and have never felt relief like this in my life. They ask in the beginning if they can walk on your body (YES PLEASE!) . My therapist was Gypso and she never rushed into full hard pressure. She eased into it, making sure my muscles were ready. The combination of deep tissue while also experiencing the traditional stretching that comes with Thai massage is absolute heaven. I will only be doing Thai massages from here on out. Thank you for such an incredible first experience with Thai massage.

I'm so glad I booked with Siam Orchid. You feel the calmness and relaxation the moment you walk in the door. The lights are at the perfect illumination and you are greeted with relaxing melodies. And the massage was everything I wanted. I appreciated that my masseuse checked in with to make sure she was using the right amount of pressure. I will definitely be coming back.

My boyfriend and I got a 90-minute couples massage here and had a great experience. We were running late but they were extremely accommodating and we still received the full time. They ask you for your preference for pressure as well as if you have any areas of your body that you’d like them to focus on. The massage artists were attentive throughout the massage and were reassuring in asking us to tell them if we were uncomfortable at any point. I’ll definitely be back!

Very good place if you want to relieve any type of pain whether it’s the whole back or whole front. This was my first time going to a thai massage place and the lady who took care of me, did a very fantastic job. Originally I booked my massage for an hour, but I extended my time for one more hour. The 45 minute drive was definitely worth it and my body feels brand new. If you want quality work definitely go here. I definitely will come back often to relieve my pain.

Really enjoyed my time here! There was a seamless reservation process, and they called me before I attended the appointment. When I walked in, it was super clean, smelled aromatic, and the bed for the massage was even heated! I had an excellent massage by Ploy at Siam Orchid Polk St spa. I hadn’t had a massage for the last 2 years plus I workout 3 times a week and go hiking regularly so I was really stiff and tight. We have been to this place a few times, and it has become our go-to massage location! We have tried the aroma massage (60 & 90 mins) and the traditional Thai massage (60 mins). Samatha and Amanda did a great job with our most recent massage, but everyone we have had was amazing. The atmosphere is also top tier. Our favorite massage type was the aroma, and I would definitely recommend getting that for your first time!

I usually get the 1 hour or 1.5 hour signature massage, depending how long it’s been between sessions, and leave every time feeling really rejuvenated.
