I have eaten here several times over the years and the pizza is always very good every time, but it’s not worth it to have to be lied to every single time about how long the order will take. They have zero concept of time. Hope you’re not hungry when you order. However long they tell you for your pickup time, add at least another half hour to it. If they say it’ll be ready in 30 minutes, you can guarantee they will have not even started making your order when you arrive, and they could not care less. It’s a wide open kitchen so you can see them making the pizzas, and I promise you have never seen anyone make a pizza that slowly in your life. It’s painful to watch. The employees give you the feeling that it’s the first pizza they have ever made. I’m tired of wasting my evenings away sitting in this place, waiting on them put together an order that was promised a half hour ago. I won’t be back.

Firstly I would like to say that the food was very tasty and fresh. I ordered a cheesy and veggie pizza, the crust was nicely thin and crunchy, and the cheese was rich and delicious. The vegetables were fresh and tangy, which added a great flavor to the pizza. As for the service, the service was quick and friendly, and the staff in the restaurant were interested in making my experience a positive one. Also, the prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service. What I liked most about this restaurant is the atmosphere, which was very comfortable and suitable for eating and relaxing. Yes I know it is NYE/NYD but I ordered pizza at 1:23am. Called them at 3ish they said my pizza was out for delivery with traffic it was running behind which was fine 330 no one ever showed so I called back and they said it was on its way. 4:15 never got delivered and tried calling and no answer. It was prepaid for and I never received a call or anything about my delivery being delayed or anything. Got told twice it was out for delivery and 4 hours later still have no pizza. I'm a diabetic and was needing food and this was one of my only options considering it was late and nothing else was really open. I'm very disappointed and atleast deserve a refund. Once again I know it was a holiday but it's unacceptable. I would of been understanding if I had got a phone call.

This place has GOT to be a mf front for something.... We ordered from there because it was close and convenient and we were tired... Language barrier resulted in completely wrong order despite attempts to communicate and even using the actual menu to point to choices. What should have been a $40 tab for a perfectly mid pizza and an undercooked calzone was $76. Entire time, something seemed to be up with the staff, they were very ill at ease, and then an older guy came in that they were definitely intimidated by and trying to impress. Cultural barriers aside, this ain't no pizza place. Save your money for real.

Don’t do it! Stay away from this place! I can’t believe these people are allowed to cheat their customers like this! I ordered off of Grub Hub. This place charged $18.99 + tax, delivery, and tip for a total of $27.76. If that is what is costs, then so be it. The same sandwich is listed for $11.99 on their menu. This is the most pathetic excuse of a Philly sandwich I have ever seen. There is more bread than sandwich. The sandwich itself is tiny and ingredients are minimal. They have two separate entries on Grub Hub but have the same address listed for both places and included the Sicilian Pizza menu on the Grub Hub order. Please see the included photos.

Good pizza find in Donelson. I have been trying to find a really good, non-chain pizza shop near me and came across Sicilian Pizza. I ordered a meatball and pepperoni not knowing what to expect from this small shop located in a Lebanon Pike strip center and was pleasantly surprised. First off, I was smacked in the face with the aroma of fresh garlic and tomato sauce seaping through the box so needless to say I was excited to taste the pie. The pizza had a good balance of that sauce and cheese atop some really good dough (a bit airy with a nice char on the edges and bottom). I'll definitely order some of their gas fired, brick-oven pizza again.

I ordered a x-large meat lovers pizza, calzone style cheese bread and antipasto salad and 2 cokes. Got my order with in a half hour of ordering food was hot but to start with driver forgot my cokes. I had to call back and wait an additional 15 minutes. The calzone cheese bread was burnt and so was the bottom of the pizza. The salad was made of all romaine lettuce and tasted like dirt. I even had the butt of the lettuce in my salad. Over all I was completely unsatisfied with the service. I'll never order through them again. I even left a great tip of $17.00.

Ordered pick up tonight. I hate to say this has been my worst experience with them. They have amazing Alfredo sauce. That’s all I can really say that is great. We ordered two pasta dishes. They were but the salads weren’t correct. Also had a large cheese pizza but it was really bland. Barely had any sauce on it at all. And we ordered 15 wings. 10 of them to be lemon pepper, 5 plain. They were all plain and not very good. They weren’t cooked long enough. And also 2 tiramisu dessert. And it was itty bitty piece in each container for $6!? Not happy at all! Was NOT worth the price!

I work in this area late night and I get hungry around 3:00am unfortunately. I looked and looked for food and finally noticed this place was open late night. This place is fake as hell. We had called about our pizza and told them it was wrong and the person on the phone told me that it would be replaced and delivered to me in 46 min. It ended up being over an hour. Had my wife call and they told her they canceled the order but however did not bother to call me and tell me my order had been canceled. So unprofessional.
