DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST! I went to see Dr Almasi as I had an infected crown in Sept 2021. The receptionist was as miserable as sin. She also doubled as the dental nurse. Unbelievable as when I was being treated she was in and out answering the phone and huffing and puffing. Anyway he took out the crown and then took an x ray and said I had periodontitis. The gum disease. He said it was v bad and my front 4 teeth were falling out and it was if not when re when they would. I was horrified. I had no symptoms of this at all. He told me all he could do was try and stave off the inevitable with a brace behind my teeth. Of course I was so worried my teeth would fall out I booked an appointment to get this done asap. Whilst doing it he needed the receptionist/dental nurse to put some light etc onto brace and heat but she kept going to answer phone so he did most of it. Needless to say a couple of weeks later the wire part of brace started poking through and cutting into my tongue. I called and went back where he "fixed it". A week later i was back again as again it was poking into my tongue when talking etc. He just shrugged and put as much filler or whatever it was on the brace and said again "your teeth will fall out so this is just a temporary measure". I paid about £800.00 overall. The brace in the meantime has chipped and pieces broken into my food. Not nice at all. I moved and today visited a dentist that thoroughly checked my teeth and gums and took various x rays. She is astounded I have been told I have periodontitis. I do not. My gums are healthy and my teeth are good. She has stated the brace should never have been put on and even if I had periodontitis it would have been the worst thing to do! She is going to remove the brace immediately as it probably has done more damage than good. I felt this dentist compared to Dr Almasi was professional, calm, comforting and extremely thorough. I was there for an hour. My gums were checked so thoroughly and I was so relieved to hear I did not have periodontitis. Dr Almasi and that surgery are a disgrace. Poor hygiene and working practises. Like a back street surgery. He has caused me untold stress worrying how I am going to pay for 5 implants at approximately 2000 each. He should be thoroughly ashamed of himself and I am going to report him to the appropriate authorities. Please for your own sanity and well being DO NOT GO THERE. If I could give it ZERO stars I would.

10/10 - I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Dr Iraj Almasi is the man that makes it happen! From the minute I walked in and met Iraj Almasi (dentist) I felt completely at ease. He was friendly and welcoming! My appointment was for cosmetic consultation. He asked me several questions about how I felt about my teeth and asked me to show him what I did not like and we went from there. Throughout the whole process 2-3 appointments I cannot fault him, he is honestly the best dentist I have ever come across. He explains throughout, he shows you what he is doing and why he is doing it! He is gentle, kind and a very warm person. My faith in dentists has been restored, my teeth are amazing and it’s all thanks to him! I am now not frightened to smile! As for the reception staff and dental nurses, they were great too and are happy to hold your hand if you are feeling a bit nervous! These people are true professionals and I will not go to another dentist again, and this place will be recommended to all of my friends and family xx

Dr Almasi and his team at Sidcup dental Spa are all very friendly and helpful, and answered all my questions before my proposed implant and cosmetic treatment. I was very nervous regarding the treatment, yet I was made very comfortable through all stages of the procedure. Now my treatment has finished I feel really happy and absolutely delighted with my new Crown and bridge work. The treatment allowed me to throw away my old denture, which I hated. Dr Almasi and his team have not only improved my smile but also my degree of comfort and confidence. As a very nervous patient due to a freak accident I had with my front tooth when I was younger, Dr Almasi restored my confidence in going to the dentist. He was very understanding to the sensitivity of my teeth and the fact that I was a very nervous patient. He kept asking me if I was ok through all preparations and procedures of having porcelain crowns on my front top 6 teeth. I can now smile with confidence proudly showing off his workmanship and knowing that I have 1 year to make sure that they settle perfectly puts even more confidence in the dental work I had done by Dr Almasi. A wonderful practice I can't recommend highly enough. Very professional, friendly and caring. Recently had to attend hospital in the middle of the night for a tooth infection that had spread to my face. While in A&E after receiving a call from my wife Dr Almasi personally messaged me to check on my condition. I then received another phone call from Ewa the dental nurse the following day to see how I was and arranged for me to get the treatment I needed immediately. Dr Almasi also takes the time after each appointment to explain what the work that he's done or needs to do. Brilliant practice.

I have recently decided to go down the path of having a few dental implants. The whole procedure was explained very clearly the wonderful team put me completely at ease. I had three wobbly teeth removed completely free of pain and have now been fitted with temporary dentures. The next stage is to have the titanium screws inserted, I then have to wait another few months for them to heal. If your thinking about having this treatment or any other I would highly recommend. Will keep anyone interested up to date with my ongoing treatment. Thanks again to all.

I registered with the Sidcup Dental Spa in November 2021 after becoming increasingly disillusioned with my then current dental practice. Dr Almasi has provided me with an exemplary service. His extremely friendly, sympathetic and encouraging manner is well mirrored by his professional skills. After just two sessions of treatments, I am convinced this is by far the best practice I have attended. I would unhesitatingly recommend this practice, and especially to anyone who maybe, for whatever reason, somewhat reticent or nervous about visiting a dentist.

Dr Almasi is the best! I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a dentist! I was so desperate as I had been in severe pain with my tooth since July. My NHS dentist were not providing treatment! I am not the greatest fan of the dentist but Dr Almasi was so kind, he took his time, gave me great reassurance and also gave me lots of treatment options. Hopefully I don't need to see a dentist any time soon but if I do, I will definitely be going back to Sidcup Dental Spa! Thank you Dr Almasi and Ewa!!

I visited Sidcup Dental Spa after reading about veneers on their website. I had a large gap in my front two teeth and it made me very self conscious. I was really nervous at first as I hadn't been to a dentist in a few years but the team made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. They are amazing at what they do and after years of being embarrassed to smile, I now have a smile I am proud of! Very pleased with the visit to this place! I don't like visits and the dentist, I was very stressed before the visit, the lady from the reception calmed me down. The visit went better than I expected. The doctor and the assistant made me feel comfortable. The next day the lady from the reception called to ask how she was. Which was very nice. I have not had a great experience with Dentist's and this team completely changed my view. They were calm, caring and extremely sympathetic.
