We were looking for someone who could install a slate roof on our Victorian home to a phenomenally high standard. Gary far exceeded our expectations! His attention to detail from installing the Glendyne Canadian slate to the traditional clay ridge tiles and leadwork throughout was incredible. Passers by have already commented on how it complements the house and that it adds to the historical character of the building. Some have even just stopped to stare at the finials he added as a finishing touch. I can say without a doubt that Gary, Dan and Mike are truly exceptional at their craft. I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service I received from Gary and his team, they assisted with gutter repairs for both of my properties. I found Gary to be EXTREMELY responsive, despite the annoying review to the contrary left by someone else who it transpires never actually had Gary work for him! It beggars belief... I don’t know why some people just go out of their way to negatively impact another’s livelihood out of spite. Anyway - Gary came around on time and sorted our repairs out within 3 days of our first call, you cannot say fairer than that. Fantastic service, with a smile, causing minimal disruption and all at a fair price. I highly recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Gary did a great job with our roof replacement and skylight installation. The cost quoted was not the cheapest but I don't expect quality to come extremely cheap; plus the quote was reasonable given the other quotes we had. I started discussions about our roof replacement at the end of 2022 and was given a tentative starting date of 1st week of Jan which is when the work actually started. He seems to be very busy so some follow-up is required. He was kind enough to throw in a few minor complimentary repairs for the guttering issues we had! All in all, would recommend and I'll reach out to him for future roofing needs.

Gary and his team recently replaced the roof above our bay window which was leaking and removed the wooden battens from the fascia of our house and replaced them with grey tiles. Gary came highly recommended from neighbours on my street and from seeing the work he has done for us I can see why. From start to finish he kept us updated with what was going on. We’re due to be replacing the flat roof of our extension and will definitely be using Gary and his team again.

Sidcup Roofing recently replaced the slate roofs to part of the house where slates had previously been incorrectly installed and had caused extensive issues. Gary took the time to explain what the problems were, why they were being caused. The new roof is excellent, I cannot fault it. Gary recently completed a new roof on my property. From the very start the communication was excellent. Works were completed in time and for the agreed price. On completion of the works all materials and plant were removed and they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Overall I am extremely happy with the company and the service they provided.
