Horrible service.Waited 45 mins and even after that Iqbal Sidhu keeps me waiting while he is on the phone,filing other peoples taxes and walking in and out doing everything but my paper work.He messed up my 2017 taxes which i found out this year which is why i owe money to CRA and then he blames me for giving wrong information even though it was their typing error.On asking how much my carbon tax rebate is he does not tell me and says they cannot tell that as CRA calculates that and he has no numbers while H&R block gave me real numbers and explained everything in detail.He then tells me its busy time so he cannot show me and wanted to get done with my taxes soon because there are people waiting and then submits my file.No authorization was even asked for before filing my taxes.They treat clients as if we are here for free service.Do not trust these guys they dont know what they are doing and you will eventually have to pay for their mistake.They charge $25 but not worth your time or risking something like taxes with these guys.

Worst service ever. They don’t even deserve one star but I don’t have any choice but to start with at least one. Please please please don’t go to them. They take your personal crucial information and take it to the back and do your taxes without having you there, you don’t know what they are doing with your crucial information like social security. Charge unnecessary amount. Not professional at all. Lady at the front desk is so rude doesn’t have any etiquette to talk to a client. I was recommended to go there but that was the biggest mistake, never recommend them at all, they don’t even know how to handle the clients. You call them, the dillusional receptionist doesn't even know what she is saying on the call, they just make you Come to them to get your money. Highly highly unrecommended. bid thumbs down

Whats with the attitude of your staff??? I went there and asked if they still doing personal taxes at this hour, first thing that lady on reception said “should have filled in the starting months” in a rudely tone, which basically means during February or March!!! I’m sorry if you don’t wanna do it, then straight up say no. There’s no point of dropping your anger or frustration on someone who could possibly be having worst day of his life at that point… if you can’t handle work load should just quit and find something else that makes your day not something where you just start bad mouthing or scolding someone like you are his or her mother!!!! I don’t really remember the name but it was and mid aged lady

Poor Service and Bad Customer Service: Did my taxes 3 times with them. All the 3 times the refund from CRA did not match with the amount the firm calculated. After the third time, I went back to ask some question on the discrepancies. I was told to wait till May (1.5 months+) to get any answers from the firm. The worst part was the lady at the front desk mentioned that "you just paid $25 bucks for the taxes and we don't have time for your questions till may". The firm just lost 3 customers from our family instantly, and if the similar attitude prevails,it will loose many more.

I been there client for over 20 years but this is the first time I am doing a review for them, My personal experience, This husband and wife would go above and beyond for there Clients and they treat their employees and customers with so much respect and they always try there best to inform me about Cra laws and I can’t explain what they will do for there customers welfare, Bottom line if everyone’s accountants were like these guys than no one will have anything to worry about, They even remind me about when anything is due.

I would like to appreciate service provided by AMAN. He assisted me in filing my personal tax ; along with that he enhanced my knowledge about different components of taxes i.e. benefits of RRSP in long term and other stuff to be aware about while filling taxation. DELIGHTED by service and recommend it. Please ensure you may have to wait for 10-15 mins if walking IN as everyone wants and rush to be attended first.

Really unprofessional and dissatisfying experience. The receptionist is extremely rude and does not know how to attend to customers. They don’t attend you personally, instead take your documents inside while ask you to wait at the reception. No proper system of doing things, chaotic and disorganized. Not recommended.
