Having worked in the FBO and private jet industry now for 13 years I have a hard time believing that Signature has not caught on that they have some of the worst customer service out there. Last night I brought our Heavy Jet in there with the owner- I talked with 3 people over the phone and email to confirm that the rental SUVs would be plane side and that all the paperwork would be filled out etc - client gets there and the FBO is not busy as at all...the "customer service" reps just point to the parking lot and say the cars are out there and that they still need to fill out the paperwork...all this great service for $950 ramp fee. This may seem like a little thing to some- but customer service is all in the details. Hopefully one day the higher ups at Signature will wake up and realize the terrible service they are giving.

Not too pleased not because of the cleanliness or customer service but the female clerk at the desk didn't even make an effort to wear a mask during a pandemic. Friendly they may be, but the safety of the customers should be their priority, especially during a pandemic. Also, they were not keeping social distance from each other. I would have given this place 5 star rating if we were not during a pandemic.

The most, nasty, unpolished attitude was given to my husband and i by Mr.LAURENCE GARCIA. You don't need to be snarkey to people who are about to spend a significant amount of money to ride an airplane. My husband was extremely uncomfortable with the way you spoke to him. Hopefully, signature teaches there "representatives how to be polite to customers and anyone visiting the facility. !

JSX airline's offered an amazing flight experience out of this airport. The facilities are super nice. The staff were considerate and kind, and genuinely seemed to care for my well being. I find myself often bragging about JSX flight experience and the Signature Aviation facilities compared to major airports and airlines.

The customer service person told me when I call that i have to wait 30 minutes before someone can pick me up the airport I have to pay a 30 dollar uber in that way my flight didn't go Late when I get to Signature everyone was nice but the customer service line sucks I will see if the review work for future visits

Great place to fly from. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Kept us informed of the time schedule. Enjoyed the amenities at this location. Neat and clean facility. Great plane and a fantastic flight attendant. Definitely looking forward to fly with JSX again!!

Once again signature has failed to do normal Human services. Waited over an hour to get our aircraft on the line after calling a few hours before arriving to the airport and many more things but i cant write every thing

If you’re going to fly, this is the way to go. They can’t make it any easier for you to get from here to there at what I think are reasonable prices given the amount of amenities they supply.

Beautiful terminal and experience. Flew JSX and it reminded me of how travel probably was back in the 50s. Free refreshments and no lines! The front desk gentleman was very helpful and kind.

I got rudest service ever . Flight attendent Diana was so rude on me ! She wasn’t helpful and gave me bad attitude ! I wouldn’t go there again ! I don’t recommend! No way

Nice private jet and small airlines lobby area. Signage could be bigger for the airlines served there like JSX.

Flying in and out of JSX here is amazing. Very easy. Fast. Efficient. Best way to fly in and out of San Diego.
