Service here was fantastic. I was greeted at the aircraft and chocked, and the counter staff was very kind and offered a courtesy car for me to use to get stuff done around town. The facility is well maintained, and I recommend to any pilots traveling to VNY.

Only reason I didn’t go Five Stars is their tendency to take a long time to fill fuel orders. VNY is busy most of the time so it can’t be an easy job. Ramp guys are always helpful with pax and quick to direct us in.

Half an hour wait for 3 quarts of oil, every 5 minutes promising me they will be there and at the end they said they didnt even have it! Terrible waste of time this morning horrible service never coming here again
