Sorry to say had the 3 course Senior meal and it was terrible well what I chose anyway. The Entre was 3 rings of calamari that was encased in thick batter that was dark brown either overcooked and/or used old oil and all rocket stringy lettuce Had the Barramundi asked with vegetables no chips, it came with chips so took it back just took the chips off and had Barramundi also encased in this huge oily dark batter without it the fish was dry and the vegetables were just all carrots not even one little potato Ordered fruit salad which was just a melon and watermelon with one grape, the melon was hard, at least had ice cream with it. Well for $23 I went home hungry and although did not eat much am sure will have a fat attack tomorrow For $13 at the Sands I can get a beautiful meal the vegetables are lovely get 3 or 4 roast potatoes, pumpkin, roasted carrot and cooked broccoli and beans. Have had chicken snitzel, fish etc all lovely Won't be coming back

Absolutely an amazing place to have a great meal and catch up with friends the staff are exceptional and are amazing with children and fussy eaters like Myself. Highly recommended the scotch steak the chefs cook it to perfection! The chefs Indi and Caroline are amazing at what they do and how they cook can’t recommend this place enough

Silks! isn't as smooth as the name yet it was playing smooth FM WTH!!!!. Such a shame, service was friendly yet very rushed and adhock, Sat night 30pax in a 80-100 seater venue. Steaks over cooked, meatballs, pork belly served in the most stupid bowls!!!. I'm not going to carry on but WHY WHY WHY can't things (hospitality) just be Done basic but at a professional standard it's bot hard!!!!!!. lived in Cranbourne last 8 years first time there sorry won't be back.....

Staff were lovely , food was delivered quickly, one out of 3 meals was eaten in full. Calamari was straight out of a packet not nice, slaw very dry, 1/3 of meal eaten if that. Chicken Snitzel mostly nice but had rubbery bits 2/3 of meal eaten! Winner was Slow Cooked Pork everything eaten. First time there would not go again. Staff did offer desert for the calamari but declined.

Therve done a great job of renovations at Silks in Cranbourne the lounge was loverly and inviting The lady named Narrelle did an amazing job at the bar and bistro she was very efficient and friendly so will definitely go back just for that, the meals were fantastic and well presented, looking forward to seeing the new pokie area in the coming months, the lady at the front desk was loverly also very friendly

First visit here, and I must say we will not return. The food mediocre at best. I ordered the pork belly, it was soggy and pale. It tasted like it had been boiled. My partner ordered the mixed grill, and it wasn't much better. Very disappointed with our meals.

We had planned my bday lunch here but due to unexpected power outage we made booking later date . We went tonight for dinner . Beautiful venue , staff friendly and the food was so good all meals were perfect . We will definitely recommend this place .. bonus joined up as members for great deals . Thanks again . Food was far to spicy and we all had the roast pork and all the vegetables were under cooked and pork was so stuff then we exchanged it for chinken snitzel and I couldn't even get the knife through it so I returned dissatisfied but dessert was great

I was 1/3 through my entree when my main course was put on the table. Despite mentioning that I was allergic to garlic & onion, my vegetables had onion in it. Our desserts were forgotten. When they arrived the salted caramel dessert was so overbearing with salt that you could only taste salt. Our first bad experience on multiple fronts. Rather loathe to bother coming back.

I had lunch with friends on Tuesday. The meal was delicious. Ceaser salad came with 3 grilled chicken skewers that melted in my mouth. Staff make the effort to make sure you are enjoying your experience. The food and service was excellent.

Narelle (bistro manager) went above and beyond tonight by being very accommodating and she provided an amazing service. The food was good quality and full of flavour and quite decent potions and value for money. Thank you for making my nans 82nd birthday a great night to remember. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent service from the girls behind the bar, they continually smile and very friendly. My meal tonight was not so good the waitress immediately changed it over and it was absolutely beautiful in the end. Keep up the great work ladies and gents you are all amazing.

The food was nice, however the security guard on the door was rude and impatient and accused my id of being a fake as im from a different state. If it wasnt for my family, i would have walked out based on the initial interaction from the security guard.

Friendly and helpful staff,but was disappointed with my meal. Pork belly had no crackling. Was tough and chewy.

Amazing service! We got seated right away, we didn’t wait long for the food to come. The lemon & Lime Margarita Oysters is so yum, the Arancinis is yum aswell. I will definitely be back here. I highly recommend this restaurant :)

Very disappointing seniors meal. Soup was not as hot as it should be, no dressing on the salad, dry tasting chips and fish serve very, very small. Will not be back unless I hear of improvements. Others were also complaining

Lovely staff. Served in a timely manner. Lovely inexpensive meal. Unfortunately potatoes and leek soup was not nice. Not the normal creamy white constancy. It tasted strange. Main was delicious.

Had lunch today, there were 4 of us, we all had something different. Food was very nice and plenty of it. Decor was very nice, comfy couches with big screen televisions.

Nice restaurant, greeting at entrance was welcoming. Best potato and bacon soup. Chicken skewers lovely. Roast excellent. Nicely layer out seating. Will be back
