I have been to many gyms and have received assistance from many trainers, but this gym has good quality of trainers especially SAMEER. He is always on toes to help and guide if something is going wrong or if the posture is incorrect. He is so humble and energetic that if you are lazy he will charge you up and make sure you do what you have came to do in the gym. Sameer also take regular feedbacks and make sure that things are going on the right track so a person should always get motivated to come to gym the other day. I would recommend to visit the gym once and try working out here.

Great Training The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe. I am going to this gym since two years because I know Ashraf and his staff get it done!
