I will never go here ever again.This place is a scam and the doctors dose not have much need it experience to have an idea on how to figure out a simple symptoms,and they do not do things step by step rather send you to straight to surgery of some kind ,some kind a removal or root canal surgery,crown etc.Please understand if you ever go to this place make sure you get a second opinion on any major treatment because this is not a safe place to be . All they care about how much money they can take it from you if you don’t give in they will send your information to their friends so they can send you a fraud document to steal from you in the name of recovery.The office mangers will not respond to you, void you anyway they can & even lie. They have so many phone number that no one will answer. “The office manager name merry will treat you like you are some kind of contagious disease and They are very very raciest” (I experience this my self I am not sure how other people got treated by them). Even after giving them a signed hipaa form they refused to release the medical file to us. At last, I was send to another location to talked to someone who is name M.J & M.J refused to site down in one place and verify any paperwork and refused to provide Evan a name tag or proof employment by showing her identity as of management positions.Tender dental mishandle our personal and private information and have violated every trust we had with doctor person confidentiality.with out any proof or any wrong doing they have send our information to collection and refused to reverse it even after providing them with the proof of payment, rather keep saying that they no longer work with that collection company.I don’t think any person in this country should get treated this way just because in pain we put our live in these people hands. This company should not be trusted with our well being.Therefore, I please to ask of you… do not go here please… please… please….In the grate Las Vegas area every corner has a dental office please call them not this company. By chance if your insurance recommended this place, please ask them for an alternative that is your right don’t settle. I promise you will be unhappy with the treatment you got from this place. Therefore please do not go here… NOTE:This company own by “American dental affiliates” whom don’t have a phone number or even have proper email adders listed to get a hold of.

Here I am, writing my review after I left in tears. I would give 5 stars for the staff, if I could. Very helpful and a lovely bunch of people. The ladies at the front are kind and someone from Tender Dental reached out to me due to my prior review. They offered me a bleaching treatment and to go in as soon as they could fit me in possible. Despite this-- I can no longer use their services as I have never felt brought down more than I was today. I understand the dentist may have felt personally attacked by my review for the thought that I had lost 2 of my 3 fillings. However, I was greeted with pure frustration by my critique. The whole course of him seeing my fillings included phrases such as "Do you understand or do you need me to repeat myself?" I understand the question seems innocent, but when you are getting cut off when trying to explain your thoughts to someone who is supposed to be professional-- it is degrading. He got X-rays done so I could see and it seemed as though he threw it in my face. After I got finished being in the back, the dentist asked to speak with me and he brought up how my review was falsified and that he could not help numerous people owing money (which makes sense). Overall, I have never dealt with a dentist who has acted in such a way. I also understand that they wanted me to change my review and I have. I adore everyone there, but for the second time, the first time being the fillings and annual cleaning, I have felt that the situation wasn't professionally handled. He also said certain situations such as "Not you, but other people think their fillings fall out due to the soreness and the left over filling falling from the gums". I thought this was unique in the way that I believe he said not you, other people due to the fact that I write reviews about the services I get and was careful not to step on my toes. Many thanks to the individual who reached out to me for the great customer service. Thank you to those who have vibrant personalities and can provide amazing customer service.

A back molar cracked in half and the molar above it suddenly went black on Thursday. Tremendous pain. Wow. I didn't sleep that night and looked up emergency dental, and the few that advertised they were 24/7, in reality were, are not. My roommate helped me around 7 am looking for a place. Spoke to a kind woman on the telephone at this place, told me the dentist will be in at 9 and if I could be there at 8:30 for paperwork that would work. I asked repeatedly if I could have these two teeth pulled right away, I was going insane! I got there a little after 8:30, filled in and paid for the initial consultation, and was getting x-rays a little after 9. I saw the dentist a few minutes later and discussed my issues. Then a sweet, very funny woman that might be in charge of the office came in and went over everything with me, and what I had done that day and what I have to get done soon. The time came, and he pulled both those teeth out in under two minutes. Huge amount of relief for me. The staff have a great chemistry and as a patient I could tell everyone genuinely enjoyed each other. It felt like walking into a large family gathering and I was invited. The banter was great, the smiles were genuine, the small chit chat between this and that was personable. One of the best experiences I've had with a dentist and the staff. I highly recommend this place. They treated me as a person, not another dollar sign. My only complaint, and it's just me, is it's really, really far out for me! 13 miles! In Vegas traffic math shenanigans that means 30-45 minutes of driving, but, ill happily go back for all my dental needs. If any of you are reading this that work there, thank you so much for caring and getting me in, helping me solve this horrible pain! I truly and deeply appreciate what you do for your patients!

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DIRTY RUSTY DENTAL INSTRUMENTS!!!! After checking in and filling out the required paper work and having to pay for the exam fee. Which is very odd to pay for a service up front. Normally it is done at the end of the appointment. So after handing the paperwork I sat in the waiting room for over 1 hour just waiting to be called in to receive ex rays. the ex rays were taken. I then had to wait another 70 minutes to even see the dentist. I went to the reception desk and asked if I would be seeing the dentist soon. Yes, I was told. Another 10 minutes went by and she then walked in. I stated that I was very unhappy with the service thus far and said that it was unacceptable. An hour should be enough time to have ex rays and see a dentist regarding a consultation. The dentist stated that she was sorry but she only works here. She was very rude and snide and didn't seem to care about my situation and that I had to re arrange my whole schedule just to come to this appointment. AS WELL IF THIS WAS NOT ENOUGH TO SET ANYONE OFF THE DENTAL INSTRUMENTS THAT WAS GOING TO USE TO EXAMINE ME WITH WERE DIRTY AND RUSTY! I asked for new ones, What was even worse was that they had to go and clean them, there was not another clean set to just grab . Very unprofessional! So 2.5 hours later I had left the office angry with my money refunded after hesitation from the manager. This was a complete waist of my day and time. I'm a very busy person and need to schedule every minute of my day. Even writing this review is costing me money. I suggest strongly that something is done regarding this office and their staff for I will not be returning to this practice nor would I recommend this as well.

Pretty upset with this place. I googled this place to see if they were open on 11.27.21 because it’s the day after thanksgiving and some places are open and some aren’t. That’s fine and dandy. However this place said they were going to be open at 1pm so I’m like awesome let me schedule an appointment, me thinking that I probably won’t get anything till next week because it’s so last minute. NOPE!! When I went on the site it said that there had TWO dentists working and are opened to having a 1pm appointment. So I scheduled it, filled out my information and set my alarm. I get to the place 30 minutes early and the parking lot is empty but at the same time I was early so I’m like whatever. Sometimes places open a little early or sometimes they are just there and they are just setting up the place before they get customers etc etc. so I went to the door and the lights were off and the door was locked and there was no sign on the door. Like okay, I’ll wait til literally almost 1 or AT 1. No car showed up, I checked the office and still no lights, door is still locked. I went back to my car and googled it to make sure I wasn’t tripping and it said that they were going to be opened. Like make it make sense, if you guys weren’t going to be open then update your stuff via website, put a sign on the door and also I shouldn’t have been able to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU WERE CLOSED!! so I’m upset and I’m not going back to this place ever again and I have been here multiple times in the past and it’s just a no after what happened so I will be taking my business somewhere else.

Worst customer service of my life. When I say that I mean it. Receptionist was as rude as they come. I came to be the driver for my aunt who had oral surgery. Made me sit there for 4 hours and would not let me leave!! Don’t know what kind of place this is... a prison? I tried to leave to go grab a drink from the Carl’s Jr. Literally in the same parking lot and the receptionist would not let me leave! Even the doctor and the 2 nurses came out of the back to tell me I could not leave as if I was fleeing or something?! Not only the customer service that was horrible the doctor was the worst as well!! It was my aunts 2nd part of major oral surgery and the doctor didn’t even know what work she had to be done!! She was in the same week!! My aunts appointment way scheduled at 6:30 am DIDNT EVEN GET STARTED TILL NOON!! On top of that they had a walk in customer right in front of me and took him right in for oral surgery and was out within a hour and a half!! How can we have had a appointment and not even start till noon! Office is completely ran by money no care for the patients. And that is not something you want when you’re trusting a dentist in your mouth. I hope for gods sake they clean out there entire crew and start over. Horrible horrible horrible I cannot stress enough.

I was browsing through the internet and because I live close by and just moved here. I saw the ad. I had a tooth ache and it was a Sunday and they opened @9a I decided to try them. The reviews was mostly Great but when we got there we waited for over an hour before someone called us. They took me in and did complete X-rays. The staff to me weren't very personable. Dr Han was worst he didn't even try to explain to me clearly what exactly what he was going to do. He said you have an infection so I have to do extraction. My concern was I had a temporary filling I my upper right teeth so if he pull out the left 2 teeth how am going to chew cause I didn't think I could chew on the right side being that it was a temporary filling he just ignored me twice and didn't get an answer. To me I felt like he didn't try to communicate with me. Now I'm so afraid to chew on my right side cause my fillings my come out. Thankfully Beth the lady that takes care of the finances was a lot more understanding and compassionate. If I ever go back there I will ask for another Dr. Don't go to to Dr Han. I had a bad experience with him. There's some of the other staff that was ok. But Beth was great.

Went to the Bonanza office for an extraction and bridge. This was a terrifying experience, from waiting room to the actual dentist, Dr. Han. The environment was hostile, as I witnessed the receptionist yelling at "non-English speaking" patients in the waiting room. In Spanish, she told a patient to "sit down and shut up"....it was so abusive and unprofessional, I video taped it with my phone. The doctor was extremely rude too (seems like the culture here), the bridge does not fit correctly, and he was flippant about my concerns. To this day, my mouth hurts. Dr. Han doesn't explain anything, communicate with you, is extremely rough on your mouth, and could care less about your comfort. On top of insurance payment, we paid $1700 upfront, but that financial commitment was still not enough to treat me with dignity and provide a positive dental experience. Not sure why the good reviews, but it may vary by office location. Bonanza is horrible, worst experience of my life. Other dentists in Vegas charge the same, but are nice and professional....why the difference here? Just being honest.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! I made an appointment and was told I had to call my insurance and switch my provider to their dentist office. I did exactly as I was told. When I showed up for my appointment, the woman at the front desk seemed irritated as if I was bothering her simply by walking into the business. She asked if I had an appt and before I could answer she told me that I needed to call my insurance to update my provider. It was a struggle trying to inform I had already done so as she kept cutting me off with bogus excuses as to why all of a sudden I couldn't be seen. SHE SPECIFICALLY STATED THAT IF I REALLY SWITCHED MY PROVIDER IT TAKES MEDICAID AROUND 6 MONTHS TO PROCESS THE REQUEST. We debated this further until I finally got my insurance co on speaker who VERIFIED THAT PROVIDER CHANGES ARE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY! when I shared this information with the woman at the front desk she turned around and literally tried to ignore me. IF THE FRONT DESK IS THIS BAD I DEFINITELY DON'T WANT TO BE IN THE BACK WITH THE DENTIST WHO SUPPOSED TO RUN THE SHOW

10 years ago I moved to Las Vegas in search of first place I looked at was ridiculous I'm waiting time I found silver mountain dentist it was on Bonanza and nellis at the time they took awesome care of me back then 10 years later went to look for them they had moved to Eastern and Bonanza made an appointment they got me in right away which is amazing and I was in and out in no time you took me in right away took care of my needs gave me an appointment to come back and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes staff is right on top of their game they don't leave you waiting in the waiting room for hours and they are very thorough and they are very prompt on how they do things they explained everything regarding the procedure I had to go under the doctor there is amazing staff is amazing secretaries were amazing willing to help me with all my questions hats off to them don't ever change people like me appreciate the In-N-Out

I never give bad reviews but this has got to be the most poorly managed office I have ever been to. I had 3 different occasions where I waited longer than 70 minutes to be finally taken back to the chair. One time I was told the dentist just never showed up. That would have been nice to know the dentist hadn't showed up to work before I waited so long. Another time I just walked out. They've outsourced their billing dept to some agency that simply does not pick up the phone nor returns any calls. Dr. Ponce is a somewhat capable dentist and the hygienists are fine but dealing with the office inefficiencies are not worth it. Don't be fooled by the 5 star submissions by staff and their friends. This is the worst of the worst.

I’d love to give this place a few more stars, just can’t. Came here with a dental emergency and appreciate the fact they could get me in the next day. I had an appointment and was called in 2hrs early which was fine, I was available. I unfortunately waited an hour in the lobby and the whole process took well over 2hrs most of which was sitting and waiting. The dental assistant was super quick, almost too quick! A little rough with the xrays. Over all I really can’t complain too much. It’s not in the best area to start off with, so that doesn’t really help the appearance. Front desk staff was nice and doc was fine. Just not willing to give it 4 One last note, they did accept my Health Plan of Nevada through employer.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service and care I have received from Tender Dental (Bonanza). I have been a patient for about 6 months now and prior to going to Tender Dental, I had not seen a dentist in almost decade. Since day 1, the staff has been extremely welcoming. Most importantly, everyone has taken the time to answer any questions I have, whether it was about the procedures or my insurance coverage. Dr Han is very thorough and always makes sure that I am comfortable during procedures. Sandra has been amazing at explaining my insurance coverage and translating all the confusing insurance jargon. Now that I have begun Invisalign, I am excited for the process especially knowing that I am in good hands.

Only 1 star because they're friendly and I cant leave no stars.Overall not a good experience. My cleaning (picking) was about 5 minutes. Then the dental assistant took over and did the "buffing" i assumed. Which is actually usually my favorite part. This time felt like a 3 yr old was doing it. After being called in at 623am on my day off to come early at 7am when my appointment was at 11am. Not only do my teeth not feel clean i am very disappointed. I sat in the chair longer than my "picking" took. Im calling it that because it was definitely not a cleaning. Already searching for another dentist Update: got home realized i still had bacon in my braces from breakfast. Must've been a great cleaning huh?

This Dentist wanted to extract a broken tooth that has infection in it, so when the front desk person came back and told me the cost and said that the Doctor would not give me a prescription for antibiotics! This is after telling me that it would be $158.00 for an extraction, and over $900.00 for other services. Well I'm a 65 years old with health issues, this is a problem if you willing to risk people's lives for profit you must go. On Monday I will be contacting my insurance company and the medical board to file a formal complaint against this dentist. Also just a added note the east side of the Las Vegas valley is inundated with unprofessional uncaring doctors this needs to stop.

The dentist needs help with patients, she's spread thin. This causes very long procedures and wait times, because she has to go from one patient to the next, in the middle of any given procedure. Went there today to get my permanent crown put on and I ended up HAVING to pay for a filling... All I went there for was the crown!!! Rather than arguing over it, I figured it would go faster if I just agreed to it, I was wrong!! It took 2 and a half hours to get my crown fitted and filling done. 1 filling, 1 crown,2 and a half hours?!?! It should have taken a lot faster if the dentist had help, instead of bouncing from patient to patient. I'm not going back.

Went in for a simple cleaning since my usual dentist was unavailable. The building is a bit rough, but I try not to judge a book by its cover. The interior is not much better, in need of some serious cleaning and repair. I started having serious doubts at this point, but oh well I'm already here. After 30 minutes a very bored individual brought me back and took xrays without any explanation. I then sat for another 30 minutes staring at dust bunnies before being told they were too busy to clean my teeth, and that I would have to reschedule. Sorry. Oh but your xrays look good! I feel bad for anyone stuck going here.

I had a great experience all around. I called to try and get a same day appointment for a dental emergency at 11:30 am on a Saturday. After being turned down by so many different dentists, or being quoted too much because it was an after hours emergency & my insurance wouldn’t cover the cost, I finally called Tender Dental & even though I was a new patient, I was able to be seen the same day, exam, consult, have my procedure & be out of the office all by 2:00 the same day. The staff was friendly, extremely helpful & Dr. Han was kind, gentle & ethical! I highly recommend this Tender Dental location to anyone.

My wife broke her tooth during 4th July and Dr. Sherman's office got her in next day and took care of not only her emergency but also squeezed in time for a filling too! Prices are fair. Scheduled the rest of the family for their cleanings. Dr. Sherman and his staff are professional, welcoming, and compassionate. Services are beyond expectations! Keep up the great work guys! My experience at Silver Mountain Dental was expectional.Dr Michael Sherman did an amazing job, very talented, funny and he was able to give me back my smile.I was very hesitant to go back to the dentist, knowing I had to get alot of work done.The ladies at the front desk are very kind and when the time came to go thru my treatment plan, they made sure to answer all my questions and concerns and they also offer financing options which made it better. Dr. Sherman's entire team went above and beyond with every appoinment I had and will definitely recommend them to others.

First I just wanna say I'm glad I changed my dentist office today bc Dr. Lange and his assistant Chelo are absolutely amazing. I came in for a very painful wisdom tooth and they were so comforting and pulled it out... Chelo talked to me the whole time so my anxiety didn't act up. I felt so comfortable in that chair and confidence bc I had both of them by my side.. if you ever need a dentist you guys absolutely need to check out silver mountain dental and get Dr. Lange bc he's super good.. I would really recommend this dentist office all staff were helpful and amazing

Honestly I wish I can rate this place a 0 Star! Had my appointment at 7am then they send me home at 7:40 letting me know my insurance wasn’t going to be good until the next day. They then call me 15 min later to tell me everything is okay I can come back and they can see me. An hour after my appointment was set I’m finally seen just to only get pictures taken and be told I need a deep cleaning! Then waiting another hour to be told the cost of it! Seriously NEVER coming back to this whole! Nothing but a wasted 3 hour!!

From the minute I walked into the Lake Mead office, to someone walking me out, I had such a personal experience that I’ve never had before. The front office staff was welcoming and friendly. Desiree was the sweetest thing! She stayed by my side for the duration of my appointment and assured me that I was ‘okay’ during the moments I was a little frightened. Dr. Han was super patient and calming. I 100% recommend them! THANK YOU for making my experience a pleasant one. (Besides the pain, which came with the territory.)

Horrible they cancel my appointment to fit their conviene of schedule. They call at 10 am to show up earlier from my 1pm appt and I would have to be there before noon because even though they are leaving early they are still taking their lunch hour. Very ridiculous and horrible experience. I only have 2 week days off in the month and I take advantages of my doctor appts and this is not fair. I prefer to look for a office that cares for their patients. Explains why theirs offices are empty.

I have been going there for about a month and a half now and I am so happy that I went there first. They have been so wonderful, helpful, and kind. They have from day1 always discussed with me a plan on what needs to be done to fix my teeth and when I wanted to change the plan a little bit they were more than willing to discuss it and change up the plan so it would work for me. I have been telling people and recommending them ever since. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Entire staff went above and beyond. I had to have what was left of my teeth pulled due to health issues. When it was the day to pull them, they explained what was going on and stopped if I had to just catch my breath. It took a little longer than expected but made me feel at ease. Had to have sutures as the 3 week check up I had fragments (common) and most recent visit was the impressions for the dentures. I highly recommend them. They treat you like a person, not as a $$ sign.

I’ve been going here for years they relocated to Eastern and bonanza by the smart and final .extra wheelchair accessibility on the side of the building next to the taco shop the staff was great got me taken care of same-day I’d like to thank Dr.otteson and his staff Amber for getting me an appointment ASAP and chelo , Italo for taking good care of me in the process strongly recommend going here my five kids are grown and been going there since they were little. ✌

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! They are not patient friendly, they do not listen to the patient and their concerns. You cannot call their official directly they have a call center that answers their calls. The call center is absolutely useless. They also don’t have an emergency dentist so if anything goes wrong while they’re closed you’re SOL. Just a horrible dental office. If you’re someone who already has anxiety about the dental office go somewhere else.

Had a wonderful experience. Call a day beforehand and Danelle was great, my apt was fr Sunday morning and front desk wasn’t very welcoming but the staff in the back was amazing. My exrays were weird but useful.the dr can’t remember his name was nice helping and did his thing done in like 20 mins : a filling plus a broken tooth extraction pressure but very little pain. Thanks tender dental. I’m healing ok so far... thanks

The entire staff was absolutely wonderful, respectful, polite and they were on my treatment plan so quickly and painlessly! It's amazing this whole practice actually listens to your desires and needs and bend over backwards to meet your goals! If you want to come to a place where your treated with the upmost spectacular care come see you Melissa, Sandra and Dr. Han. I rate this the top dentist in all of Las Vegas Nevada!!

Dr. Han is amazing! I need a lot of work done to my mouth because a couple dentist messed up and I quit going for far too long. He has been great throughout the entire experience, so much that I just made my daughter an appointment and made sure to book it with him. He explains everything and even tho he is very busy bouncing back and forth he never makes you feel rushed when you're asking questions. Thank you Dr. Han!

I Love this office! they are so great with my kids that they youngest cries for her turn to go back. The staff always has a great attitude and the Doctors are the best even though they are busy they make you feel like you are the only one there and they take the time to answer all your questions and take a personal interest in you and your needs. I brought my grandma for the first time today. They did a cleaning and some x rays. My grandmother and I don't like the dentist but these people, from the receptionist to the dentist and everyone in between made us feel so comfortable! I got a root canal and my wisdom tooth removed on the same day, everyone was so nice and helpful. I had the pleasure of having Dr. Lange Eric Cello and Josh Take care of me all were very attentive, kind, and informative. Josh and Cello made it very light and had me distracted. Dr.Lange and Eric were very kind very understanding and considerate of my pain tolerance.

Dr. Han has been the best dentist we have found in Las Vegas, his secretary Maria has been the main reason we come back to the location. She has always been kind, in person and on the phone. Even when they didn’t take our insurance we came to him, and now he takes our insurance! Thank you Dr. Han and Maria, we found where we bring our whole family!

Super fast service!!! The longest I had to wait was the 5 minutes between the dentist and the credit advisor. Everyone was super nice and very professional. The last time I was there was over 10 years ago and nothing has changed. Their a little expensive if you don't have insurance, but it's well worth it for the quality of service you receive.

I went there for 2 years and Dr. Pounce is fine. However, one of their front desk personel is incompetent, unprofessional and rude. If you want your appointments messed up, if you want to be yelled at after waiting over an hour and half and not have been seen and told it's your fault then by all means go there. Staff was very nice. My husband went today and the doctor was very rude to him. My husband is scared of needles and the dentist made him feel dumb. We have no dental insurance and ge quoted his treatment about $7500. Don't go here the doctor is not tender at all!! Will not be going here again waste of $50 for initial visit.
