Is their jewellery nice? Yes. Is their customer service just as good? No. There is no way of buying something on their social media that is not on their website without going to one of their stores. They read and dont respond to messages; they are quick to respond on social media but instead of just giving the price as you chat there they ask you to contact their number who whoever is tasked to respond never responds but reads. Overrall bad purchasing experience.
