Excellent service at the right price! I called Simba Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon and was scheduled for service the next day. They were on time, very professional and completed the job perfectly. I figured this to be a $200 - $300 repair job and their estimate was $300; very fair and I couldn't be happier. Before deciding on Simba Plumbing, I called multiple plumbers to get an idea of pricing. Here's a list of plumbers that provided very poor service with pricing that was completely out of line. W.F. Hahn Plumbing - This company installed my tankless water heater in early 2020. The service, then, was very satisfactory. Naturally, they were my first call for this service but my messages to them were avoided or replied to in a very untimely manner. I didn't even get a price from them because their communication, or lack thereof, was horrible. Although I was satisfied with the service they provided in 2020, I will not be reaching out to them for future plumbing needs. Phoenix Plumbing and Drain - Called them the same day I called Simba Plumbing and they said they would email me a quote. I followed up later that day and they said the quote would most likely come the following day (Friday). It never came. Allover Plumbing - Quote was $850; way overpriced! AZ Rooter - Quote was $500; overpriced. Dealing with trade services can be frustrating. It's disappointing to realize how their prices vary so much and how horrible their communication is. It's definitely worth making a handful of calls to get the best service at the best price. I highly recommend Simba Plumbing. They were great!

I don't normally write reviews, but I have to give Stefan (Owner of Simba Plumbing) credit where credit is due. I hired him to first replace the polybutylene piping with PEX under my driveway that connects my house main to the city main. Stefan did such an amazing job, I called him back and hired him again to relocate my entire plumbing stack in the kitchen, as we relocated our kitchen island. This required cutting the concrete, relocating all the pipes to their new location and the filling in with cement. His work again was impeccable. He kept a clean job site, very thorough, and professional. Lastly, I just hired him again, to remove and replace our new Soft Water system. Stefan is professional, honest, and a hard worker. If you're looking for a plumber you can trust, has great prices, dependable and just an all around good person, hire Stefan. You will be happy you did. I will hire Stefan again for all of our plumbing needs.

Travis, my plumbing pro was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a Rheem water softener installed that I had purchased. I got it at a discount and of course, some discounted items come with a price. The unit had a crack at the bottom that was hardly noticeable. Travis detected it quickly and I needed to purchase a new unit. It was installed successfully. I will say with all the quotes I received, Simba Plumbing LLC was the most competitive for the work. They were in my budget. Some of the "Big Names" came in thousands higher. Thank you for a wonderful and successful completed job. I now have a trusted and fair-priced plumber in the books for future needs.

I am very impressed by the punctuality and professionalism of Travis. My days off our filled with many appointments. When Simba gave me an arrival two hour window I was nervous the plumber would arrive at the end of time slot. Wonderfully he arrived exactly at the beginning of the time slot! He serviced my water heater quickly and efficiently! He answered all my questions and checked water level on a toilet and a questionable leak on my bathtub. Was on the lookout for a new plumber I could count on, and when our kitchen developed a leak I was lucky enough to get in touch with Simba, through Thumbtack. Had a great experience with Jacob, one of their plumbing techs. He was very straightforward at diagnosing the problem, and even though we ended up having a larger issue than we initially thought he went above and beyond to accommodate and complete our project for us. Will definitely be adding them to our trusted list for next time the need arises for a quality plumber!

I have contacted Simba in the past for another issue so I already knew they were going to do the job right. I purchased a bidet recently and it came with instructions to install it myself. However, I was a little nervous about possibly cracking a water line and causing a major leak so I called Simba yesterday. They arrived on time, worked diligently and were very courteous. They were very quick to respond and provide an estimate, then scheduled an appointment within 48 hours. Service technician arrived early and finished quickly. System looks good and works great. We scheduled an estimate for a tankless water heater. Jordan arrived at our house on time and was very informative and professional. After discussing the heater we explained we had an issue with our shower drain. Jordan offered to snake it while he was there at no charge. Travis we very professional, responsive, on time and told me exactly what needed to be done to solve the plumbing issue. I had a reoccurring problem with backed up plumbing for a couple of months. Two companies came out before Simba Plumbing and were not able to fix the issue. Stefan used his camera and was able to detect that we had roots in our main line. He replaced the pipe and we haven't had any issues since. Really appreciate his hard work. Highly recommend.
