I had such an amazing experienced at this store, as i was served by Angelica. Exceptional customer service, when you are served by a staff member that loves her work & having the pleasure of helping to get to what you need, knows her products, genuinely Asking the right questions, and actively listening. Taking me to that customer journey/experience, which was refreshing. The whole store is beautiful and all staff represents the brand well. Keep up the amazing work team and especially Angelica. We won the 50% off our engagement ring and the process couldn’t of been more amazing. Angelica and Jen the manager (I hope I spelt your name right, so sorry if I didn’t) went out of their way to make us feel special and calm. Angelica was an amazing help. We came second in a competition and got 50% off my engagement ring. And to make me more confident to buy a custom ring she also through in 50% off the wedding bands too ! She said yes by the way! Couldn’t be more happier with customer service as well as the quality of the ring. Couldn’t Recommend any better quality service that the girls at this shop. Amazing job

First time I've ever been to a Simon Curwood store...wow was so impressed... Such a great concept of being able to be part of designing your own custom piece... The staff were fabulous and so helpful and really knew their stuff.. so many beautiful things to choose from... I've really never enjoyed being in a jewellery store so much ☺️ thanks guys, will definitely be a a repeat customer!

We went into Simon Curwood at Carindale yesterday to buy my engagement ring and we helped by the store manager Jennifer. It was such a great experience! Jennifer is super warm, was so excited about our news and gave us great service to find the perfect ring. I know where I will be buying my jewellery from now on!
